Yeah right.  ACT is a debt collection company in San Angles, Texas....SURE they got an offer for me.

Best way to deal with a collection agency? Have all your assets in trusts.  I do not own my house, I do not own my cars, I do not own my rental properties, in fact I do not directly own a dang thing! All my assets are owned by trusts which are administered by companies that I am a mere employee of....THAT my friends is one of the rules of the rich.

We do not pay moronic fools who threaten us over the phone, and we leverage our assets so even if they wanted to find something to lord over us they can't!  You can't place a judgement on my home if I do not own a home, and you can't garnish my wage if I am retired, independently wealthy, and therefore do not recieve a wage.

Play by the rules of the rich boys and girls, they are available to anybody who wants to learn them.
