I got a call from this number and it said to hit one if I'm Heath and two if I'm not. I hit nothing and it eventually said goodbye. I wasn't able to find anything when i googled the number, so I called back and the lady said she was pulling up an account based on my number and she needed me to verify the last for of my soc number and mailing address to provide me with information of the call. I told her I need to know what the call is in reference to before I provide the last four of my soc or mailing address. Long story short, I asked her to take me off her call list and she said it was a federal matter and they would continue to call daily. Sounds fishy to me, I don't have any federal matters.

i have gotten calls frome them before from great lakes for my student loans when the were coming out of forbearance

That's exactly what it is.  It's Great Lakes for students loans.  Mine is coming out of forbearance.

I get calls DAILY from this telephone number and it is annoying as HELL!!!!  I have done the same, hit nothing, still nothing, I have even hit 1 saying that I was the person in HOPES that an idiot would come on the other line, only to be left on hold and listening to some god-awful [***] music and an annoying lady's voice recording!  Isn't there anything we can do to make the calls STOP??????

Can you say ANNOYING as HELL on a daily basis!!!!!!

they call me at all times puts me on hold then hangs up on me. its driving me crazy. thought about driving to texas. and let them have it in person.
