says a complaint against me..4 hours to reply or will call my work ect.

Got an automated message on my cell after ignoring two calls from an unknown/blocked number. It was a male's voice trying to give the impression that he was from a law firm and that I only had 4 hours to respond due to a complaint filed against me and that there was a chance I would need to appear in court. If I didn't respond, they would contact my job for verification of employment and garnish my wages. Also in the message was the 'fact' that a restraining order was put up against me.

If any one else gets a message that is identical or similar to this, I wouldn't stress it, especially if you haven't done anything that would even warrant such a call to be made to you. Just wish there was a way to get rid of this scammers/solicitors for good...

just received the same phone call and said it was about a restraining order against me. When I tried to call back all it was was a voice mail box that was full and could not take anymore messages. if they call again the local police department told me to give them their number  and they would talk to them.

I got the same exact message, ignore it, its a scam, its happened to me before don't believe a word.

This number called my cell phone threatening legal action.  I do not know them and I don't live near them. I have no pending legal actions in my state

Call fair debt helpers , they will help sue these scammers for laws broken according to the doj . You don't have to put up with this kind of harassment , remember to keep a record of all numbers that called and any voice mails as evidence . Worst case scenario you'll be receiving money from them harassing you ! Contact fair debt helpers from Chicago Ill. I have a case filed right now on a company called autobahn .

I just got the same call.  It is a scam.  I tried to call them back so I could see what they want and they I will call my local police department and file a complaint.  Then I will go to the FBI scam page and report them.

I am done with these people.

I got the same call with same results. What a coward organization . Nickel and dime scam. Tried to call back and got a message. Go get a life u low life fools

There was a message on my work phone stating that I had 4 hours to return the call or legal actions will be taken and my wages will be garnished. I have tried several times to call the number back, but received a msg saying that the voicemail was full. If this was a legitimate company there would be representatives to speak with, as well as a real voicemail stating the name of the company and you would be able to leave a message. I was very upset to hear this kind of message left on my work phone. I hope that these scammers are caught.

Got a voice mail on my general voice mail at work stating that i am the defendent and this was in regards to a restraining order. May have to appear in court. Verify emplyment so they can garnish wages. have 4 hours to call @ 330-205-7460 ..- Im confused.. If there is a restraining order against me. Who are they keeping me away from?

Ignore DO NOT CALL BACK>> it is a scam and I reported it to the Ohio Atty's General office and filed a complaint....

I knew it was a scam.  It was something about contacting my employer and a restraining order.  Please do not contact these people or provide them any of your personal information.  This is a scam.  If you return their phone call it will only assist them in contacting you in the future.  Many people who receive these calls have been contacted by other companies with the same scam.  This is because these companies are purchasing your personal information for pennies.  If you have ever applied for loans or anything online they have the ability to contact you.  It is quite aggravating hearing these vm on your business phone by people who are probably walking around in their robes, slippers, and drinking malt liquor.  Don't be afraid... the joke is really on them.  Look at how many people recognize that this is a scam.  I am thankful that everyone is keeping the number updated but eventually there will be a new number with a new company.  Stay encouraged!
