Debt collector looking for my sister.  Asked for his name which he refused to give. I asked him to cease and decist from calling my cell phone number.  He asked for my sister's phone number.  Told him it was unlisted and i couldn't give it out.  He said I was refusing to give him my sister's phone number so he continue to call.  The message said to call 866 854 5359 -I called that number to ask him to take me off the call list.  He continues to call me.  I pay my bills-owe nothing to anybody and I'm being harrassed by a debt collector.  Go figure!

Answered the call from this number only to be met by louid carnival music. No one ever picked up.

Adam is the name of the gentleman I spoke with, and after being belittled by him, and hung up on repeatedly. I called back repeatedly to try and set up a payment plan, which he was not happy with, then he stated how he would call the police on me since I would not stop calling him unless I would make the payments he want me to make, which I am unable to pay. He is a very rude man and must have been born with a silver spoon in mouth, since he does not understand how someone cannot call mommy and daddy to bail them out of trouble. When asked to speak with someone else to handle the manner he went off on me again being very insulting, and hung up on me again.

Got a call today at 12:03pm and the caller id said VONAGE HOLDINGS with the number 330-286-0208.  Have no idea what they wanted as no one said anything.  After saying hello a couple times and "it's your quarter, speak" and still getting no answer I stated that if they didn't speak I'd be reporting them and then was promptly hung up on without a word.  I have no idea why Vonage would be calling us.  Have had this phone number for 40 years.  Have never had or used Vonage for anything.  My guess they just got the wrong number.  Because of the ID I'd say it's probably the collections dept. for Vonage but I don't anything about Vonage so your guess would be as good as mine.  This was the first call from this number we've ever received.

got my first call from this number, with a robo voice saying an agent would be right with me..havent a clue who would be calling me.

Got as call from this number but didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message. I don't answer number i don't know bwcause it is usallya tell-a- marketers. So probly was the wrong number because they haven't called back or left a message. Funny isn't that we pay for phine service but have no way really of find out who calls us without paying for it!!!

This is a debt collection call center based in Tennessee. I'm pretty sure they handle all kinds of debts, but they certainly are idiots.

Recieved a call from them, asking for the people who had our number before we did (something that happens frequently). When I told him they no longer had our number and to please not call us again. The guy then asked if I knew how to reach of the previous number holder. At this point I got annoyed, and responded "how the hell should I know how to reach them? I don't know them I just happen to have the number they used to have" In fact I do know where to reach the person they were calling for since we get calls from bill collectors for him several times a week and actually looked him up online, and found out he is in the county jail, but this guy then got pissy at me and told me there was no need to yell. At that point I lost it and told him yes there was because he was an "A**HOLE". I admit I was rude, but anyone who works in that field deserves all the abuse they recieve.

I received a call from this number and when I called it back the man said his name was Adam. He refused to tell me what company he was calling from and then hung up on me. I called back and reached another man who refused his name. I asked if he was Adam, and he said no but he'd switch me to him. I then said I wanted the manager. he said Adam Haul is the manager. He also refused to give me the name of the company and when I asked for the name of the owner, he also hung up.  These are dirt scum collectors. I don't owe anything so it's not me they want. Yet, they treated me with disdain. I, myself, worked as a collector for 10 yrs. and 3 different companies. NEVER did I have to resort to such scumbag tactics. I treated my clients with respect. I was the only one in my office who actually received thank you letters for assisting people in budgeting so they could responsibly pay their debts. yes, about 20% were credit card thieves who never intended to pay for the items they purchased. Those were 'matter-a-factly' informed of the consequences. But the majority simply needed help in managing their finances so they could pay their debts. All deserve to be treated with respect....except the scumbags like these collectors.

These guys just called my cell phone. Picked up the line even after seeing it was from "Vonage Holdings". No answer, no music - just dead air. They hung up after 10 seconds.
