Three or more calls a day, never any messages. Must be PayPal.

They call me about 4 times a day...not sure who they are since they never leave a message and I don't answer...

Its more than Likely Paypal and there starting to piss me off b/c they call at least 5 times a day, I'm in college, I don't need my cell going off every 20 minutes from a number I don't recognize and choose not to pick up, then they get sneaky and call from a private number, if you havent had that happen yet you wait, those 330... numbers wont call anymore, it will soon be "Restricted"

they have been calling me from restricted and unavailable and now they are calling me from a 330 area code

Its Ge Money Bank for PayPal Buyer Credit, They'll call from a Private number and never leave a message then they'll start with this number. And always leave a pre-recorded message. My suggestion dont be lat eunless you want them blowing up your phone all day long.

I've been getting calls from this number all day yesterday and now all day today. I'm assuming for everyone else that these are the same people with the private numbers that keep calling every hour or so.

These guys are relentless and rude beyond belief. I have never dealt with such bad account handling or customer service. I can not wait to pay this off so they will go away

received two calls on 8/21/08 form this number no message one call at 6:50pm the next was at 8:43pm comes up on caller id as GE Money - have no clue who or why they are calling - as I see from other posts it is pay pal I have no pay pal account

Seriously, they call every 10 minutes all day.  ALL DAY.  From like 9:00AM to midnight.  Because OMG I owe 10 bucks on my paypal from last month.  And I explain the situation AND THEY CALL MOAR.

I've been getting call from the for the last couple days. I can't remember how many times. They should just send an email reminder, why the hell do they call so much?

I used to get calls from this number, now its from 678-518-3097. I've already contacted a lawyer regarding the Fair Credit Collections Act. They are only supposed to call once a day, anymore is harassment.

They just called for the first time here. Should I worry? No one that I know of in the house uses PayPal.

These people continue to call my house.  Some oriental lady will not take "no" for an answer.  I have told her not to call my number anymore but she continues to call me.

They call every day, four or five times a day. If you answer, they ask for your name, but won't tell you who they are before you verify that you are who they are calling for. If you refuse to answer their questions until they tell you who they are, they ignore you asking them who they are and repeat themselves. If you ignore their call, they hang up when they get your voicemail or leave a voicemail that says: "hello. hello. hello?" and then hang up. They even started calling other members of my family that I don't even live with and they do the same thing to them. They ignored my family's requests to never be called again at that number. The number they called that was my family members was never even on my account. So obviously they are going through the phonebook of something. I'm assuming all of this because I was literally a couple days late on a f-ing payment.... I am guessing, because I STILL don't know who this was harassing me.

They're calling my cell phone.  An automated message said please hold for the next available operator.  I hung up.

They keep calling me and won't go to an operator.  Man that is annoying.

I just tried to call the number back, and was put on hold to "wait for an available representative".  I didn't hold. They're calling my cell phone on my daytime minutes. I've received 4 calls this afternoon, without one legitimate voice message to identify the caller.  What's to distinguish them from any of the telemarketers or bots calling me?  
Common business practice would require the caller to at least identify him/herself to the intended recipient, thereby making sure a return call comes in from the client.  
Besides, I asked my fiance to call them back from our house phone, to let them know I'd already made my payment on time, to give them our house number to call instead if necessary.  They tried to strong-arm my Social Security # out of my fiance, while continuing to refuse to identify themselves.  Seriously? As if I'm going to allow my SS# to be used for whatever purpose the caller would like to use it for?
This is as bad as one of those "offers from Nigeria", and just as predatory.
