no message, tried to "call back" and no answer when I dialed back

Keep calling, but never leave message.

These people call several times a day but never leave a message.

This company has been calling us incessiently about a Eden Pure heater my husband bought from them a few months ago.  When I answer and ask to take a message, I was promptly told no and this person immediately hung up on me.  I was told this was a 'courtesy call'.  There was NO courtesy involved in this call!  I immediately called them back, thanks to this message board, I knew how I was dealing with, and after getting a few more abrupt transfers, finally reached a gentleman that WAS courteous despite my aggravated attitude.  He promised to remove our number from their phone and mailing lists and let me know that there might be one more call to verify the number being removed.  Suarez NEEDS to educate their CSR's on what GOOD Customer Service is.  These types of phone calls and hang ups are totally unacceptable.  Suarez Corp is apparenlty a company that does telemarking for BioTech(Eden Pure) and possibly other companies.
