several times a day I receive these calls telling me to call an 877 # and they all have the same extension to call back direct but no one says who they work for or why they are calling just that I need to call them today.  

called today asked for by name then asked for a known friend by name as well, had that friends number, left number to have friend call #877 359 5523 ext 509 said his name was Jeff Reeves, friend was relayed message and he called 877 number and it said it was some GC Services and hung up on him...something not right here  reporting to legal authorities

This is for GC services  but they are apparantly  skip tracers  Agent " Jasmine" did not have good people skills when I called back.   Would not give any information about what the business actually was.
