330-983-2007

I have seen this number and 330-983-2011 and 330-983-2004 numerous times on my missed call list for the past 2 weeks.  I do not have voicemail and I do not answer calls from numbers I haven't associated a name with.  Anybody else have an idea who this is?

It's a company called DCS. They claim to be a college loan collection agency, but when I spoke to my college loan folks non of my debts had been sold.  They get a hold of old debt and try to collect on it.  Sometimes even past limitations.

I got this call asking me if I could give them my next door neighbor's phone number as they were trying to reach her with an important message.  Told them to get in the car and come visit her themselves.

this number calls all the time claiming to be a debt collector but will not say who....
