called at 8:30 pm left no message

First day of a new Trac-Phone and this number (331-256-1080) calls.  Since I haven't told ANY ONE that I even have the phone the call has to have been made by some sort of trolling menace.  Wish I could block it, but not an option.  Certainly am not going to answer as I have no intentions of using this cell as a telephone.  Needed a small camera and at $10.00 I couldn't resist.  Will probably yet the minutes run out as it only came with 10

Called about insurance etc. SPAM. Also butchered my name and spoke to me in broken English. They do not care that a person's phone number is on a DO NOT CALL list.

Reporting this number for violating the DO NOT CALL registry.

My iPhone is set to send all numbers not saved into address book immediately to voicemail. In the event someone I know calls me (from an unknown number) they know to leave a message. This number called 4X no messages left, once even has the beep beep tone of an automatic dialer ending the call. Presume spam and will continue to ignore. (News flash - marketers and spammers don't head the do not call list! they continuously change the number the call is originating from)

This number has called 4 times today. Every time I answer I get an automated voice that just says "goodbye" and hangs up. It's getting annoying. Called it back and asked to be removed from the list and they laughed at me and hung up.

I had the exact same happen to me like Chris did and since that happened all these unknown numbers keep calling. Freaked out

Definitely a spam. Never answered.

I wish we could block these call like we could years back  They are pains in the Butt

Has called me twice today.

Since I live alone, I called the local FBI office and stated I was getting terrorist calls. Terrorist because they would not answer when I picked, would not leave a voice mail, and I received a disconnect when I tried calling back. The FBI office here grew tired of my constant calls, and asked me to stop calling. I told them that if the DNC list was enforced, I would not need to contact them. They would not answer as to which agency enforces the DNC list. Maybe it is the NSA, and the FBI doesn't want to get involved. I would not mind the NSA secret telephone recordings if that would stop these insane calls day and night and not leaving a voice mail. That is what voice mail is for. And can't the NSA track these filthy, unkempt, obese, foul-mouthed, zit-covered, likely smelly, bad-toothed excuses for humans? I say this, because if they looked even average, they could find better work. If they are as I describe them, this is the only work they can get.  

I keep getting unresponsive calls from this phone number listed in Aurora Illinois  331-256-1080

I got a call yesterday from that number, then my teenage daughter got a call from that number this morning.  does anyone know what it is and HOW they get our numbers?

i got 2 calls from 331 256 1080 and 1 from 208 5497876 nothing but "goodbye"
I called the number back the operator said I called wrong number without asking anything

Asked to speak to my husband by his name. Broken english and loud talking in background. Most likely a call center. I told them he was not available. Ask if I could help them and she just wanted to hang up. I asked to be taken off their call list and stated the  phone was already on the do not call list. She she said yes, yes, god bless and hung up. We have been getting a lot of these types of calls on his cell phone. Since our cell phones are only one digit apart it always amazes me that they call him. He normally gets no calls except from family members and never gives out the number, plus the account is in my name (wife), but yet they know his name. The teenage daughter who gets hundreds of calls from friends seldom gets these calls.  I have no idea who this is but I just realized as I write this that I just verified that the name she ask for I just verified was correct. Should have said no one with that name here!

I got a call today at about 9:50 AM.  I did not get to the phone before it went to the message machine and they hung up.  It did not register on my caller ID.  I called *69 and it gave me this number.  I have no idea who it is and I'm glad it went to the message machine.  I am on the Do Not Call List, but I guess they ignored it.

Same as above. MULTIPLE calls over several weeks from this number and also (208)549-7876 Weiser ID, (610)498-7018 Pennsylvania and (831)661-8078 Cali. Answer and I get the same electronic type voice saying "Goodbye". Used phone feature to add to blocked call list. I have some ideas on what to do with these peeps, but I would probably get arrested if I put it into writing. :(

this person/company calls and hangs up when you call back they answer and hang up again.  They don't stop. Who are they???

Called 7:57 pm. Left no message.

My cousin is getting all these numbers calling her also
