Keep receiving a call from this number, they do leave a voice mail, it is always a male with a very thick middle eastern accent demanding to hear from me or my lawyer or else they will have me arrested and take me to court.  This has been a reoccuring issue for a few years now, I have filed police reports but no one has ever done anything about this, I need some help here!

I just got the same call treating to arrest me can anybody please tell me who the hell these people are

this is an group of indian con artist. they call  up saying what they say. just ignore them. tell them you know they are a scam and tell them not to call anymore. Tell them that there #334-539-1574 has been traced back to there auburn alabama location. tell them if they call you again you will call there local police.    these guys buy your information  from companies who have  done business with you such as a loan company, payday loan, check cashing or other companies.  get a physical address if you want to.

Or you can answer the phone and start singing: "hello, is it me you're looking for...."

They just called me threating me with having the sheriff come out to my job to deliver a supeona for me taking out a loan that I never did and they told me I need to go to walgreens and get a Netspend Reload Pak and call 334-539-1574 and ask for Jason Dean and he would take care of me. The problem is I never took out a loan for them to collect from in the first place. Not only that they got my email address wrong!!!

They called me at work and cell when I told them I wasn't going to pay because they were a scam he started yelling and saying he was going to have me arrested in 3 hours. I don't know of any collection agency that would do that. Don't let them get your money.

I got a call from this number.  A male voice said my name and said I had to call immediately or have my attorney call. He also said if I did not call he can only wish me good luck.  The caller ID said it is from Auburn Alabama.  Not sure what this is about

I recently applied online for a payday loan, now I am receiving calls on line saying if I do not pay $500 I will be arrested by the local sheriffs and that I am being sued.  I was not served I know this is a scam to get money.

A scam. DO NOT pay. DO NOT give any information.

This guy Kevin called and is demanding money and is saying they are going to call the cops. This is a bogus call.

Got same calls, except he did have my info. Anybody have ID theft  problems after one of these episodes? I did get ATT to locate the number in AL and it is a landline phone. I could not understand him well enough to make out the name of the supposed company he was representing.

I got the same call and it showed up on my caller ID as coming from Auburn University,AL.  He threatened to have me arrest and has my SS# , birthdate, and address.  I just told him I know this is a scam and to find someone else to try and get money out of them cause he wasn't getting it from me.  He identified himself as Mark Johnson from Anderson Law Firm.

Have you had any problem with anyone attempting to hack into your bank accounts or access your credit since these phone calls?

Tell him your phone is being trapped, say "Trap, Operator this is the number", give time and date, maybe this will help.
Also I called back and told him the phone was being trapped and not to call back.

These guys have called me multiple times today threatening my arrest. When I requested documentation of my subpoena they hung up on me multiple times. I'm going to report them to the better business bureau and the local district attorneys office. The problem is they have all of my personal info including San and bank info. Don't let these guys fool you! Change all of your info!

These people called me today saying that I owed them 1480 dollars on a loan that I never took out! Saying I was going to jail tomorrow for 60 days if I Didn't pay the whole amount how can they get away with this????

My bank account was hacked shortly before I started getting these phone calls???

I have been getting calls and messages from this guy named Jeremy Smitz. His number is 334-539-1574, and he told me he is an attorney. He spoke with a heavy Indian accent and told me I would be going to jail because I owed a loan company $7,995 and I had to be paid today. Then I got another call from an emergency number saying she was a police officer in my county and I have to be in court today at 11 am to face a judge for electronic check fraud. He told me I will be spending time in prison. Now what should I do since I got a call from the police?
