A person named Lesa Green called and said she is from the verification dept. of the Federal State Bureau. She also states she is from the legal dept. Lesa said she had a very urgent message for my husband and he must call her back because this problem has gone on too long with his SS#. She would send an agent after him if he doesn't respond within 24 hours of the call. She left the Number: 336-308-3196 Ext. 566. she had a Middle Eastern accent and it was difficult to understand her. I had to have her repeat the message.

Hmmm,, interesting!  Seems she is calling lots of folks!  This Lesa Green called from this same # same extention 2 times today & left me messages saying she was an officer with the Federal State Bureau and said that there was a complaint filed against my name & my SS# and that either I or my lawyer needed to call her back immediately!    I also got this same kind of a call a while back over & over again, not sure if it was this same #, but it was a man with a heavy foreign accent saying this same thing!

Yeah, she is calling lots of numbers. When i asked what the matter pertained to she transferred me to a "senior agent".  When i asked her if she can't tell me what it pertained to then why is she calling, I was transferred. Then the other lady got on the phone, would not give me her name, asked if I had an attorney, I said yes, then she proceeded to overtalk me and not tell me what it was in regards to, continued to tell me to tell my attorney to call and THEN HUNG UP ON ME... What the heck... Im going to the BBB on this number.  Has anybody else taken any action on these people?

they called me

they obviously got my info from a loan application because they 80 yr old mother and left a message on her phone which worried her so I will be calling the BBB and the local law enforcement about filing charges against this group for all I know they could be trying to get money to fund terrorism.

Somebody called one of my neighbors from this number and said they were with the local sheriff's office and that my neighbor was being accused of being in a telephone fraud (how ironic) and that they were sending a deputy to come arrest him.  He called the sheriff's department, and they said, "No way, not us!"  Crazy!!!!

Our local news station here in Oklahoma City (KOCO) is working on a news story on this very number today (9/29), It's a nationwide scam, and don't fall for it.

I too received a call 10/4/11 by a Ms. White with an African/Jamaican accent. She called my cell and my place of employment (asked for my supervisor.) My co-worker called with a heads up. She said that I was a suspect of a serious allegation and that I need to get pen/paper to write down information, also she was trying to confirm the last 4 digits of my SS#.  I asked what the allegations were, she refused to tell me, I asked out of what state, she said North Carolina. She said I needed to have my attorney call withing 12 hours or I would be arrested. I tried to keep her on the phone, after she realized I wasn't having it, she hung up.  Lucky for me I have friends who are attorneys, a local county sheriff officer and a U.S. Federal Marshall. I have reported them to Better Business Bureau as well as a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission along with filing a police report.

Some woman said her name was Jessica Watson called to advise there was a fraud complaint against me. That I needed to contact Michelle Morris or I would be reported to the Asheboro police. Woman had an Indian accent w/an American name. I asked about court papers & she said it wasn't filed as of yet.

Got a call from this number and was asked to call jessica watson.   when I call the lady answered hello.   She didn't identified the company and yes she had a heavy accent.   Does any one have any advice on what to do the next time they call.  Getting very annoyed

Got a phone call from this number. A lady with a foreign accent (sounds like Chinese or some Asian). She said from Verification Department and if I don't call back I will get arrested.

I got a couple of calls today from that Deputy Watson and she also mentioned Michelle Morris' name.  Stating that I would be arrested in 12 hours.  I knew it was a scam but how do we stop it?

I just got the same call from a deputy Watson who said I was accused of fraud and if I didn't call a Michelle Morris I would be arrested and prosecuted.  What do we do to stop these people.

I'm also getting calls. Told me I won some money 7500 and I they need my last four numbers of my ss number gave me a number to call this lady back. But I was told it's for a grant but I didn't ask for a grant. I never called the woman back BC I could feel something was wrong.I look at number through using spoke it a reverse to look up. When I looked it said it was a teller marketing.
