i'm 18, called cell phone looking for my dad. my cell phone is not registered in my dads name, but in remarried moms name. striked me as odd so i asked what he was calling for. said calling for business and i said my dad wouldnt be interested and hung up. called back one more time, but i ignored it.

That number called me at work, told my boss that he needed to talk to me. My boss told him it was my day off and then he asked if she knew where to get ahold of me. She said no and took a message. My area code is 337 and my last name is Smith. That is how convincing they are. I then called them back and they took all of my information and I kept asking what this was about. He kept asking me more personal questions, finally after all the questions he told me he was the collection agency. The address is 1304 Bertran Dr. Suite F4 Lafayette, la 70506

I recognized this number as a land line, but was unsure of who, so I let it go to voicemail...I later checked to find a mans voice asking to speak with me after the beep... which is silly, as if he's never left a voicemail, then waits a minute before hanging up, you can hear other mens voices in the background as well, as if it is some sorta company...I asked a friend in intelligence and she said that it s FEMA....they are said to investigate individuals here and there for various reasons...it's quite weird

this number 3372615072 calls my home like 2 to 3 times a week saying his name is james from louisiana recovery services and he wants to discuss a bill that was sont to them my a dentist office that i need to pay. i told him i don't owe any dentist bill an whatever he's talking about im not paying it an stop callin this number he told me he can call as much as he wants as long as that bill is unpaid,i hung up on him. So everytime  i see that number on the caller i d i pick up and hang it right back on the hook.

A man called me from the number (337) 261-5072 looking for Francis Jones. I know no one by this name nor have I ever heard it. I didn't miss a call, but I had a voicemail which I found strange. I called back to let them know that they had the wrong number. I heard commotion in the background and he then asked what my phone number was. I wa calling from the phone they just sent a voicemail to. I told him and he said he would remove my number from the calling list. I them thanked him and waited for him to hang up witch he did not. So I did. Something seems very fishy about this whole situation. I am 16 years old and I do not have my phone number on anything. Not even the phone book. I talked to my bestfriend who received a similar call and she said they wouldn't answer her questions and they told her dont worry about how they got her number. She then hung up. Not even 7 minutes after she called. My phone showed I had a voicemail, but no miss call. I would not give any information to these people. When you call tell them to take your number off te list or you will involve the law. They will not call back.

Collection agency. Calls every now and then. Sometimes they leave a message. Sometimes they let the phone ring twice then hang up.  Talked to them before.  Said I owed a bill.  They would only give the name of the company/how much and said there is no form of documentation they could send me to verify the bill. Asked me immediately how I would like to pay over the phone. When I kept insisting for documentation, caller said he would report that I refused to pay the bill.  I had to hang up.  Something sounds wrong with this.

Received a call from 337-261-5072 asking for my daughter.  Told him I didn't know her and there was no one here by that name.

Don't answer unless you want to be harassed for money. They are so RUDE! You can't get money from someone by being rude!!! She was asking me when my next payday was and telling me that "Your credit is gonna suck now, why don't you just suck it up and pay it all off?" SERIOUSLY?! What kind of business is this?!
