they charge 39.99 on my checking account

they took 14.99 out of my checking acct. on the 11th of may 2012. cost me $35 to have them stopped from taking money out of my account. called the # and guess what the message says " this is verizon wireless, this number has been changed, disconnected, or no longer in service. What a bunch of crap!

Got a charge of $29.99 out of my checking. Called my bank to stop payment. No idea who they are. Says Moody Systems Inc.

I just had this happen to me over the weekend! Same message when I called the number! I am freaking out thinking someone hacked my bank info!

They charged me 39.95 and when I called about it they gave me some bull crap excuse like I didnt opt out when I applied for something else and thats how they have my info. They said my money would be refunded within the next 4-5 days. I am worried and thinking about changing my bank account info.

Just had it happen to me today. $29.99 moddysysteminc. Never heard of it before in my life. My bank gave me this number to call which is a 3rd party customer service apparently for them call Customer service management company ( 1-866-945-4480) I to am worried. I have no clue how my information was put into any system. Anyone have any thoughts?

I've been hit twice now by this "moody systems inc" for 29.99.  Bank credited back first time but I just got hit AGAIN!!!! I don't even answer phone calls that I don't know the area code. Who are these people and how do we stop them?

I had $29.99 drafted from my account and have no idea who this is. I have contacted my bank to stop any payments to these people.

same happened to me. 1-866-945-4480 is the correct number to call. Just got off phone with them. 29.99 out of my bank account. BS this company is under 2 names. MOODY SYSTEM INC or GORHATCH SYSTEMSC. The guy could not give me anymore info on the account but gave me a refund of 29.99, it is a website subscription or product, Have no idea what product or subscription billing didn't know.

called the number one blogger left and they immediately said they would credit my account for 2 charges made one in august the 2nd in september both for $29.99
this sept charge caused an nsf charge  of $38.00
it was absolutely ridiculous when I asked what the charge was for and the lady said a tangible product or a website subscription but could not give me any name or number or description of product or website at all.
imagine the millions of dollars they make if they charge everyone and only half or even if 3/4 of the people call back.. they still get to keep all that money

The phone #866-945-4480 is the number to call the gal on the phone said I would be gettig a refund to acct for two $29.99 withdraws from cking acct in 7-10 days. Think I will chg ck acct to be safe

Thanks  for the info.I had the same problem. When I called it said not in order, on an answering machine, with people talking in the background. I was setting up a shopping cart for a website I am working on through WEBSTARTS.COM. They gave me the name of a merchants site CHARGE.COM to set-up taking credit cards for our new business. I filled it out with all info, then decided to not sign the contract but wait till all of the web was completed. Needless to say that this CHARGE.COM saved my info without a signed contract and sent it on to the processing company CYNERGY DATA STORE AKA Pipeline data to set-up an un contracted account. And yes they did take funds with unauthorized information. Yes I am furiouse that this protected information is out there.

When i called (866-945-4480 ) to try and find out what was going on with these charges they wanted my bank account number. I refused to give that info out so they told me they cant help me. I will call my bank and try and get to the bottom of this scam!!

I called the same number and got the run around. Believe it or not they gave me a website to contact to find out the source of who pulled money out of my account and the letters in the addy they gave me spelled out "see me get [***] f*cked.com" !!

They deposited .09 cents in my acct first. That shows them its valid, then they ACH withdrew 3 times at $29.00

Bank closed my acct immediately. Now I have to contact everyone with new acct info....
