Probable scammer - I don't know anyone in or from the Virgin Islands
Caller left short voice message with dead air - Probably just didn't hang up fast enough.

Received a call, no response??

Calling me at work-don't appreciate that for sure! Stupid foreign scammers!

Rang twice, I answered and pus started oozing from my phone and then from my pores. I think the call was from a zombie scammer in the Virgin Islands. Now I need a new phone, iPhone 6 maybe?  Anyway I'm  feeling a little bit better now, thanks.

Called me today.  Didn't leave a message.  Called ID said Virgin Islands.

Call was from Angela from Credit Card Services wanting to offer me something, I called her a scamming [***] and hung up.....A computer randomly calling numbers and got mine. It's a scam operation. I don't have any credit cards.

Got a call from this number and they told me they could get me a better rate on my credit card. As soon as I asked how they got my number, they hung up.

Got a call from this number on my cell, but was too busy to pick up.  Thank you internet for telling me who it is so I don't need to call back.   :)
I have never been to the Virgin Islands and I don't know anyone there.

Got a call from this number on my cell.  It was a recorded message from "Cardmember Services."  It did not otherwise give a company name or contact information.  I filed a complaint with the FCC.

Just got the call... I didn't bother to answer.  Noted on the phone that the call originated from USVI (Virgin Islands).

Weird call I don't have a relevant account associated.

I got missed called from the number but not any message left.

Call came on my cell phone, didn't recognize the number so ignored.  Really annoying getting nuisance calls on my cell too!

I got a call from this number. It wasn't a number that I could recognize, but I picked it up anyways. The person on the other end talking about how I could get a better credit score or whatever. I hung up immediately.
I checked and saw that the number originated from the US Virgin Islands. I don't know anyone from USVI neither have I been to the US Virgin Islands.

I don't know if this is a scammer, but I have a feeling that they were.

Called themselves "Card Holder Services", new number, old message.  

I got a call from them today on my cell as well but they didn't leave a voice mail, caller ID show USVI only.
