    Says they are from CRA (Canada REvenue?) and that it's a time-sensitive issue. But I don't believe it.

    I'm sure it's a scam I just got the same call saying it was time sensitive and they are the CRA. They ask for no one specific and CRA sends letters. If you had an issue with them they would have mailed a letter and if those have failed then they would phone and they would ask for someone specific and have a way of verifying who you are because you can't just talk to some random person on the phone about someone's taxes. It's a breach of the privacy laws I think they just got to the Webers in the national phone directory.

    Absolutely do not reply. We got this one early morning on the answering machine. Scams are ubiquitous these days.
