I just got an automated VM message saying this is the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against me! The scammers are in overdrive this tax season!!

Automated message of woman calling to tell me the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that I need to call their number back.

This is a scammer claiming to be the IRS. FAKE. ignore them and call the official IRS # if you want to report them or confirm they are fake.

Got a phone call from this number threatening a lawsuit against me from the IRS.  FAKE!  I was warned about this phone call by a few friends.  Beware - DO NOT CALL BACK!

I got the call.  VM saying IRS is filing a lawsuit.  3rd time they called today but first VM msg left.

Got a VM from this number stating the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Right!! LOL

Can't the federal government stop these fraudulent calls? I thought this was against the law.

I was left a VM on my home phone, saying that this was my Final Notice that the IRS was filing a lawsuit.  They never said WHO they were trying to reach.  There are 6 people in my home that file income taxes.  My husband called the number back from work today and the person from the IRS (LOL) told him to [***] himself.  The call was on speaker phone in his office and 4 other people heard it also.I guess when a business phone # appears, they act dumb like they don't know why you called.

Yep, just got the same message. Computer voice telling me that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. That's something that has to be done in writing, and I've never been audited or have any suspicious activity.  So I'm guessing it's a scam. Not going to bother calling.

Same thing woman calling saying final notice IRS filing lawsuit against "no name " mentioned and to return call. Scammer plus IRS would not call would send you written notice.

Phony IRS Scammers keep calling, sometimes 2x\day, claiming to be the IRS, filing a lawsuit, etc., etc., These idiots can't make much these days, can they? All it takes is a visit to the real IRS website to debunk these evil people.

Got a two calls from the same robo-spammer this morning, the first while I was "waxing the pole" to on-line nudies of Jennifer Lawrence, and the 2nd while "bopping the bishop" to a PornHub video of The Walking Dead's Emily Kinney, in her bare-assed/small titty glory. Some tax scam, blah blah blah about it being my final notice in an IRS lawsuit. F you, whether or not it's genuine.

Got a call from 346-229-9798.  They left a robo message that I was being sued by the IRS, I needed to contact them ASAP.  IRS will NEVER call you.

Got a call from same lady. When I told her I would contact IRS myself, she hung up.

SCAM--scum---fake IRS call threatening a final notice about a lawsuit.  Will report to @irs.gov; if you get a call report it.  If you owe money or think you do call the IRS number found @irs.gov.  DO NOT call this phishing number.

I got a call stating I there was a lawsuit against me by the irs for some past tax years I committed fraud lol , man said I need to pay $6,544 the same day or I'd have to go to court and he could have the police at my door in to serve me a warrant and arrest me lol lmao !!! The guy was a foreigner with an accent and his "name " was Victor Martin. This call was a complete scam !! and when I stated I would contact the authorities and I knew it was bs , he says oh ok no problems and hangs up !!! Smh be careful and do not let them fool you !!
