Received call from 346-303-9921. They left message on my recorder claiming IRS has filed a lawsuit and asked to return call

Got the same call with the same message when you call the number back it just rings.

Called at 6:21 am message said the irs is turning in a lawsuit on you return this call immediatly bye

Same Here. vm stated someone had filed a lawsuit against me. I called the phone number and it just rang.

Called twice in one day.  Same message as everyone else re:lawsuit.  Did not call back.

I received the same call twice today claiming the IRS is filing  a lawsuit against me.

I received two calls today from this number informing me of the same, that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me, and to call them back. I have experienced the same as many of you that called back and found that the line does nothing but ring.

Just received a call from this number and let it go to voicemail. It's obviously a scam. If the IRS were suing me they'd send a certified letter.

This is a IRS scam.   The IRS only sends letters.  They will tell you to send them money via prepaid credit card.

Don't waste time with these scam just ignore it.  I don't know how they got my number either.  You don't need to call them back.

Received two calls from this number today -  10:07am and 2:55am

I called the number back and it rang for about 10 rings. Then a lady with a thick accent answers the phone.  I didn't say anything and she ended up calling me by my last name. I hung up in a panic. So I called back and she answered again she had my address and was talking about I owed $4820. In taxes and today was the deadline to pay or the authorities would be knocking on my door this evening.

I received a message saying I was getting sued by the IRS. I returned the called the lady on the other end which had a thick accent knew my name and address and stated that I owed the IRS $4820.  That today was the last day to pay and that the authorities would be coming to pick me up.

Got the same scam call.  Not sure, but, they may need you to return the call to obtain more info.  Don't call the number back.  Just some psycho with too much time on their hands.  Get A Life!
