fraud call about an irs suit against me

I just got the same voicemail too. Here in NH.

Same with me. Called number back repeatedly and they said to please stop calling them it is a scam

same, IRS going to sue me...and people really fall for this?

Got the call twice this morning.

these guys called me at 6:25am here in San Diego, said they were IRS, which is bull, I took the number off caller ID and called back and they answer IRS! Of course he barley spoke English and when I asked for a supervisor they hung up.

Computerized voice left a message that the IRS was suing.

They called me twice this morning. Second was automated call saying I was being sued by the IRS. Not a valid number when I called back.

Called me at 7:42 this morning and again at 10. First a recording saying I was being sued by the IRS and second hung up with no message as I had phone on DND mode.  I am in Norman, Ok  Here is place to file complaint.  https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

I got the same call...(automated)  caller ID came up as Cell Phone TX

Automated recording from this number just saying to call them....didn't say who they were. Called at 730am today and again just now.  I didn't call back after reading the other comments.

3 Calls, one at 9:02, 11:28 and 2:25. Left two automated recorded voicemails that are cut off, stating to call them regarding a case/file. Have not called back. Also in New Hampshire.

Claimed they were to IRS and told me that there were some numerical errors on my tax return from 2008. He told me that I was going to be sued for over $82,000 and then I asked him to tell me the name of the company he works; he stayed quiet. When I told him I didn't believe him he started cursing. He began using vulgar language with sexually inappropriate content.

This stupide boy that works at Morris Town Memorial hospital in New Jersey as a Phlebotomist  is one of their Agent that works with them, I will make sure he doesn't have a job. Then he will continue with his scam.

Just got the same 2 calls today, glad I looked up the number n came across this site.  Clearly it is a scam.

Caller said to call a number immediately a the IRS was bringing suit against me. Called the number from caller id and they picked up the call but didn't answer. I heard people in the background.  No idea who the pond scum was.

Receive multiple calls and voicemail is automatic message saying urgent.  I called the number back (which I usually don't) and the guy that answered got smart when I asked him what it was in reference to but they had my old address someone.  I blocked the number once I hung up.
