This guy with a strong middle eastern accent said he was calling my husband regarding a payday loan that he had taken out.  He never took out any payday loan!  This guy was insisting that we owed  money and that steps would be taken to get their money back. How do we stop these calls?!?

you are not the only one.  these people are a pain in the a--. I get them calling me three to four time aday.  I file report after report.  Also file with the ftc  and fcc.  These people need to get life but they are not that smart.  Same message all the time.  I just wish it would stop.   I just keep filing and filing away.

Officer Jacob Martin from Dept of law and investigations.  Let message on my work phone that is was urgent to contact him on a legal matter. Last week he called my cell phone and I told them I had reported them to the police and not to call me again.

I received a call from this number and a 970-765-7609 on April 25, 2011 at April 26, 2011 several times after faxing a cease and desist letter and a validation number to there company. They have told me that they are with the Department of Law Investigations, Department of Education, Officer Peter Parker, and the Government. They keep calling and I'll keep faxing since they don't have a mailing address so they say. I filed a complaint with the FTC and placed my information on the Do Not Call Registry.
