I just got a call from this number as well.  I didn't answer but they left a message....it almost sounded like an automated message.  It said "this number was connected with a resume left on myopenjobs.com".  I checked the website and I had indeed posted my resume there.

I got the same automated call; however, my resume is public on Monster.com - I haven't posted anything to myopenjobs.com. Not sure how to define this call-type... I guess it could be a robo-call/telemarketer type. Didn't ask for anything other than to check out their website for jobs that I might be interested in.

9-12-14 rec'd a message saying this (my) number was on "my resume", and needing PLUMBERS! Really....

Got a call from this number and normally I don't pick up. Yep, I did and nothing on the other end but crap!!

They called and they left a message. I would have to agree that it's automated because all the message said was "thanks and good luck"

They asked if I'm a "Dispatcher" go to website bla bla bla.

So much for common HR practices

Plus I just got a job ! after years of looking,  NO HR INTERVIEW, NO RESUME, JUST AN APPLICATION, 2 written tests and a hand dexterity test !  $25.85 an hour to start !!!

Just some email and number harvesters who troll monster.com for people's info. They then cold call you trying to draw traffic to there lame web site myopenjobs.com.

This is Robo-Call-advertising.  job website I won't list.  They said my # was recently posted on an online resume, which is BS. I've had my job for almost 20 years, I haven't even made a resume or looked in over 10.  I'm happy where I am, it's random BS, assuming it'll just be true.

I have received a couple of calls from 347-274-2122 I am on the do not call list so why are they calling me.

They called on Viber and did not leave a message

These folks are using some sort of a really crappy keyword search against Monster for their robocalls.  They called me looking to place me in a position as an "HVAC technician" based on my "years of experience" - I'm in IT, I don't know a damn thing about repairing Air Conditioning systems!

Automated call left a message saying I had posted a resume on their site (I don't remember doing that) and it fit a job position in a completely unrelated field to what I have experience in. Riiiiiiiiight. Just another robot keyword search engine.

Man, I have a job but I posted my resume just wanting to see what else was out there in my field. Kind of pissed I did, I get crap like this constantly. Thankfully I bought a good phone blocker app that will block calls, messages, voicemails. But like the other guy, I'm in IT and I've received offers for HVAC, Plumbing, Sales Managers, Electrician and Insurance sales all based on the experience on my resume.

I find that HR doesn't have a clue about the job except for the one page description someone else wrote for them. When they ask the questions, I don't believe they even understand the answers.  Don't know where you are located and I'm looking as well.  $25.85/hr. is good. I just got a call from this number (347) 274 2122. I did not answer and who ever it was did not leave a voice mail. The voicemail (blank) ran for 21 seconds.
