call claiming I have legal affidavits against my name and SSN.

i just got the same call. the guy that picked up the phone said that his name was Max when he answered he did say " thank you for call ---" he just said hello. i advised him that someone called about a legal matter and that if there was a issue that he could speak with my lawyer.. he said " you do that then" and hung up..
is our number not private? I don't understand how these people get our information!

calls saying I have a legal claim against me;wanting me to call them immmediately,so someting can be worked out;foreign;couldn't hardly understand him;very threatening.

I got the samething going on for awhile. How can this be resolved? He said the same thing that I was going to be sued or legal action was going to be taken against me and I need to call so they can help me resovle the issue.  Im tired of these calls.

We have gotten several calls stating this and it is a SCAM. I always tell them I know it is a scam and will not be answering them anymore. So when they call I just hit talk and end til they get the message that I will NOT be taken. Then they stop for like 6 months then try again from different number. Know it is a SCAM!!!!!

just call them over and over. I called them back 20 times in a row and kept asking for Max. He told me to stop calling and harassing him. Now they know how it feels. I'm not stopping until I make his blood boil.

I received a call from them and called the # back and got Max on the line. He said something about a legal matter and I told him to do whatever he needed to do and he just hung up.  SCAM.

I just received a call from this same number stating her is Nick Sherman, attorney with a legal matter regarding my social security number.  He said if I didn't call back in a few minutes, he would basically destroy me by calling employers, co-workers, called me a cheat, a liar and a bunch of other things.

He told me to call 3472867156.  The guy blew up my phone about 20 times and had the nerve to threaten me.  I too tried calling the 543 number and the message said my call could not be received at this time.  Have you listened to the warehouse background sound?  It is so loud.  How can this be a professional.  And right before he left me the 347 number he took a minute almost as if he had to find the number.  I called the 347number and it just goes dead.  No one answered.

I got a call from this number stating it's an attorney's office & left a message for a Matthew & that he needed to contact this number asap & something about his ssn.  Hard to understand and then when I called the number back to let them know they had the wrong number they requested mine & I asked for the name of their business & if it was a law office, he stated yes there were lawyers there. I refused to give  them my number and he hung up. Very bothersome

Got a call on my cell asking for one of my co-workers. Dialog of the poerson calling was broken, I could barely understand him.

Got a call from Jack Smith from the number but when I called back and ask for Max, he said this is Max, how can I help you?
