This is a business and this collection agency has been calling NONSTOP for 1hour and 16 minutes, we got everything on video including his harrasment and threads. we already file a complaint with the FTC and the district attorney.

This is not a business or a debt collector. This is fraud. He threaten to freeze my bank account and my social security card which he can not do. He threatened to take me to court in a few days and it takes longer then that. When we called him from my boyfriends phone and he kept asking what's this business, he kept asking for his name. When he called my phone back my boyfriend answered and told him we were reporting his number and he hung up. He hasn't called back but sure called 60 times before that. He said he was with cash advance USA but I've never done business with that company.

This same number has been harassing me lately. Calling my phone well over 90 times and calling my employer repeatedly. He made all sorts of threats and almost got me fired. This is a bad man. Told me I owed almost $400.00 but wouldn't tell me who I owed it to. Absolute bullcrap.
