I just received a call from this number saying they had an arrest warrant in my name and if I didn't call they would send the cops to my house or to my place of employment. I have dealt with this kind if stuff before.  Don't call it is not true. It is a ploy to try to get you to pay a debt you may or may not even owe.

Got a call from this number. Guy said he was with Kings County (NY) Sheriff's Dept.  Said an arrest warrant would served in 72 hours in my local jurisdiction.  Claims I took out an internet loan, had the money deposited in my account, then wrote fake/fraudulent checks on that account and never repaid the loan. My bank records show no such loan at the time he claims. Totally bogus. Reported him to the FBI. I still have his voice mail where he claims to be a deputy of the Kings County Sheriff's Dept.  Impersonating a law officer is a FELONY. Kings County SD says he is not affiliated with their dept.  Report these people to the proper authorities and don't answer their phone calls.
