this company is a scam I told them I was filing bankrutcy they havn't called back since

I called this number back after a voicemail told me there was a legal matter attached to the last 4 of my ssn.  I asked Danny the person who left the message what the name of their company was.  He told me there are investigators for the FDIC and not a company.  I asked again and again he told me the same.  The last time I asked he told me he was going to hang up on my face.   So I hung up.  They call my employer, call my cell and just dont quit.

This company said we got a cash advance loan on 2008 and owe them 400 dollars we never did.

This crazy guy said I got a $300 cash advance loan and I defaulted on it, so I owe them $522.  He knew the last 4 digits of my social and my email address.  I told him I didn't know what he was talking about and kept saying just give me your credit card number so we don't have to garnish your wages.  I told him I was going to call the cops if he didn't stop calling!

The best thing to do to get these guys to leave you alone for while is to  give them information from a credit card that is no longer valid. Switch a couple of the numbers on the card and give the expiration date of a valid card. Make the payment arrangements a month out. Even if it does not stop the calls it may at least alert the banks that these guys are a fraud.

Call them several times a day and try to order a pizza.

Call them over and over and say nothing.

I couldn't understand him that well but he told me he was calling in regards to my sister.  That I needed to pass the message along and that it was a very important legal matter. I have no idea who this person is and what they want.  I am VERY glad I looked up the number and now see that it is definitely a scam.  Let's just hope they don't keep calling me!!

Got a call from a middle eastern speaking man said his name was Mike Henry.  He said he need to speak to me in regards to a serious leagal matter that was associated with my social security number.  The phone connection was very bad and he had to keep asking if I was there.  He eventually said he was getting his supervisor on the phone who had my file on his desk.  He pushed a 4 digit number on the phone keypad that I heard and then another man (middle eastern speaking also) with a different name (sounded like the same person trying hard to change his voice) tried to talk to me and I hung up on him.  

He tried calling my cell phone first and left me his name and number to call him back at (347-342-0492). Caller ID on my cell was all 0's.  He then called my work number and that is how he got a hold of me.

1st call was at 4:05. Listed on caller ID as "unknown name" Very heavy middle Eastern accent.  Once he was told the person he was asking for was not here he became extremely rude even mentioning my son and DIL's names. I hung up on him. On second call, he told me not to "EVER" hang up on him again. Oh really? CLICK. On 3rd call I told him I was contacting the authorities for harrassing phone calls. 4 more calls (I did not answer these) My daughter came home from school and answered before l could snatch the phone from her. He told her he would personally take her to Hell. Needless to say she was terrified. My son answered on about the 34th call. This guy proceeded to tell my son he was Satan and would see all of us all in Hell. He also wanted to talk to the "girl" again so he could have phone sex with her :O!! . Over a 40 minute time span he called 37 times. Oh btw, I guess he was in such a hurry to call back that he forgot 2 of the times to block his number (LOL) I contacted the phone company so hopefully he will be tracked down.

Same old scam...different phone number!!! These idiots were calling me last summer saying they were National Affadavit Processing Service saying that I owed for outstanding PayDay Loans. They stopped calling and have just recently negun calling me again. Now they claim to be some type of investigational company. The man with a thick middle eastern accent said his name was Joe Brown and I needed to speak with Mr. Williams. I told them point blank that I did not owe any money to Cash USA and that I wouldn't do business with this company becuase PayDay Loans in the state of North Carolina are illegal!!! I told them that if there is a warrant out for my arrest...then they better come het me! then I promptly hung up.

I have been getting these calls from Affidavit Consulting Svcs on an off for 1 year now...they are relentless..Different phone #'s left on voice mail. They show up on caller id as 0000000000. The newest call back # is 914-371-6826 and 914-930-3200..They originally had the 347-342-0492..the names change everytime. All middle eastern accents they are all the same person. There is Ken Brown, Mark Jackson all American names..I have warrants out for my arrest if I don't pay back my PayDayLoan. Which don't exsist!!!!!The said they will show up at my place of business w/the police to arrest me. Its a frustrating annoying game that just doesn't end........I am seriously thinking off letting the authorities no....Good Luck to you all...I hope they stop soon!!!!!!

7/8/10 - I called this number 914-930-3200 and told the "barely understandible fellow" that I was returning their call to a supposed "Officer Shane Watson" and to inform them that they better never call my employment or any other number in regard to me - that I was filing bankruptcy and filing a complaint pertaining to their harassment so they better never call me again!  The gentleman said ok.

Actually the phone number that called was 914-930-3200  and the guy said he had to update his affidavit............
