Been receiving these calls from a Lincoln with a foreign accent. At one point he started screaming at me and told me:" @#$ch you better give me my money" and hung up. They keep calling. I give him my lawyer info and he talks over me yelling you don't want to handle this!!! What can be done about them.

Indian guy claiming I owe $300 from 2007 to Cash Advance or a subsidiary of this company. NEVER EVER had a payday loan of any kind. He has my name and number (2 months old). I was getting calls from banks and creditors as soon as I acquired this phone line. I finally told them that I wasn't the guy they were looking for and out of desperation I finally gave them MY name so they would remove me from their list. Now they have a name (my name) and number to shift their attack on me. They have nothing. This is a scam if I ever saw one.

I also got a call from Brian Lincoln on 5-6-13 at work with a heavy Indian accent so hard to understand. He insisted I listen to him because it was very serious & I was being sued over an old payday loan that was delinquent. I'd start to say I was at work & couldn't talk but he was very insistent I take the time & listen. I was getting madder by the second. He said it was from Cash Advance USA from 2008 for $300 but now is over $1000! They'd settle for $800. CRAZY! He emailed me the document but I do believe it's a scam after seeing other's comments & further research. I did have some payday loans but I paid them all back. Cash Advance USA is not a lender. I hope he doesn't hound me further!

Jon, are they still bothering you? This 'Lincoln' guy has left me voice messages today saying I only had so long to call him or they send my record to City Attorney's office. It can "go bad for me" & my SSN & job if I don't respond. Scam for sure?

He is doing the same thing to me but using a different name and callin me from jamaica.

These people contacted my mother, telling her that she qualified for a $1000 loan! She just need to pay back a cash advance loan first, she didnt think anything of it because she in fact did take out a cash advance! She has sent them $500. The first guy who called told her she was Dennis Peterson, she never got to speak to him again. It was then Brian Lincoln, once she sent them the $500 she never heard from Brian again either. She called and called every time she called she spoke to a "Jeremy" who always says Brian is unavailable. He was also accusing her of breaking Brian's arm and that is why he will no longer speak to her! Saying really ridiculous things. I told my mother from the beginning it was a SCAM!!! I wish she would have listened but she didn't! I did contact the New York District Attorney's Office and am waiting for a call back. I will see this threw til the end, because I have personal called and spoken with them and is honestly appalling the things they say to you!! Professional company my a**!!! I can not stand that they are getting away with all of this, and fully intend to see this threw!!
