Just received a call from this number a few minutes ago. Didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer. No message left. Maybe wrong number? (but doubtful)

I did some research and it says the number is from Flushing, NY??

I just got a call from this number. I said hello twice, and they hung up...

I don't know who it is.  I never answer because it seems like every time I get a new number they always have it.  They never leave a message and as far as I am concerned, if they really want to get a hold of me  they would.  I have been called so many times now, that I am curious to know whether anyone else has figured out who they are or what they want.
