Scam, claiming that IRS is going to fill a lawsuit againt me.

They called twice. Got the same bs and said I owed even though I didn't give full address or name. They called again and I yelled at them. Sounded so shady. These calls are scams !!!

Scammer claiming to be IRS. I'm to young to pay taxes trying to fool me

Left a message saying I should call them back regarding my file immediately.  They didn't give a name and sounded computer generated. They are now blocked.

Just got a call from this number and several other numbers. Stated I owed $7,896 for false tax preparation from 2010-2014 and there was a warrant going out today unless I pay $1000 now to keep from going to jail. They almost had me going until I asked probing questions. Don't do like I did and leave your job in a panic. Until as I was walking and talking to them i realized they were a scam. Needless to say I did calm down and go back to work; but, I contacted the real IRS and confirmed my taxes. Lord day!

I got a call from the same number. They said the exact same dollar amount. The exact same tax preparation years as they told you. The guy even started cursing at me. That's when I was sure it was a scam!! Thanks for posting such accurate information.

I just got a call from this number, which was an automated message, telling me that the IRA is filing a lawsuit against me.  A total scam.

Received the scam call today and the voice message saying there is a lawsuit against me.

Left automated message with female voice. Part of message was cut off but it did say to "call back because of a case file...". I received a similar message from another random number last week. These must be going around.

Got a robo caller for the fake IRS.

Same deal. I love calling back and shredding them. Its a joke to me

Got 3 calls within 1 hour.  Same as above.

They said they were from IRS and wanted to sue me for taxes.  But I don't do taxes.  And I'm the one who does the suing round here...

This number has made repeated calls claiming that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me; however, it should be known that all lawsuits are served via mail or process service—not by phone! This 100% bogus and should be reported to the authorities for investigation.
