They are acting like they are IRS ~ fraud scam

robocall -  voice with heavy accent left message saying:
"[inaudible] and I'm calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 347-418-0584. I repeat 347-418-0584. I'd like you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you."

OBVIOUSLY A SCAM, SO I DID NOT RETURN THE CALL!

Heavily Indian accented man saying he't from the treasury dept threatening if I don't call back I will be prosecuted

I'd wife you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you."

This was obviously very concerning to me and so therefore I called. The person on the other line had a very heavy accent and there was a lot of commotion in the background of the call.  She demanded that I work with her to collect debt from the IRS in 2010.  This was obviously a red flag to me, because I knew that my 2010 taxes were accurate and I actually had a refund.  I hung up after telling them I would contact the IRS directly and that they could send me something in the mail if this was true. IT WAS WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE A SCAM.
