I keep getting calls about an unpaid debt and if I don't pay, they are going to have me arrested next week and I will go to jail

A person from this number keeps calling, they say they are from Public Credit Service and they call on the job all the time

David Miller -- obviously not real name - foreign person -- calling work constantly from PCS.  work is not allowing these calls to come through - but keep bothering me -- just the name david miller is wrong from the start.

This is a hoax if they call you up just tell them it's a hoax and they will hang up on you

We received a call from this number/PCS also.  They were rude to our receptionist, and lied about who/what they were.  The name of the person they are looking for have never worked here.  The left a threatening voicemail.  I called the number back and when I asked the person that answered his name or the company name he hung up.

Getting calls from Robert Smith Public Credit Co., saying that I owed a payday loan from 2010.  Evidently this is the same person that has been calling my mother's house.  He told me that I will be hearing from his lawyer and I can come to the court house and take care of the matter.

A heavy acented man by the name of Mike Smith and a man by the name of just Steve calles and harasses my place of employment saying that one of our employees owes money from an internet loan. this is a scam do not pay thes idiots.

I keep getting calls from the following number 347-435-2174, 347-347-1122. They theaten by stating they have a claim against me and my SSN regarding a payday loan with Cash Advance America. The caller had a very thick Indian Accent. When I asked to speak to a representative that spoke clear English he cursed me out and hung up on me. I called back to get another heavy Indian Accent individual who tells me I have a lawsuit against my SSN. I advised him I never got a pay day loan from Cash Advance America. He proceeded to curse me out again and hung up in my face. These guys are scammers and need to be put away.

I got another call today from David on my work phone (again). they have heavy accents. today he told me they are locking my social security number and gave a case number that they are going to file on monday. and to call him back for legal paperwork.
I know this is a scam. I don't have a loan (except on my car thru the bank). but he gave me an actual case number. what if its is something from the past i don't remember? Should I call to get the paperwork. I have been told to have no contact with them from my employer and an attorney. but this sounds important.
what if i get paperwork that can prove they are a fraudulent comany? I have so much documentation, but no one wants it, not the police, BBB, or the state attourneys office.

Darn I wish I knew what to do.

I am a supervisor and refused to transfer the "personal" call and hung up on the caller.  The caller "Jim Sanderson"  then called back and left me a voicemail stating that he was looking for an employee and if I didn't provide them with the information needed they would send out an investigator to my place of work and I would be fired.  He further stated that he would not be responsible for me getting fired.  I returned the call and spoke to the supervisor and told them not to call again.  Hopefully they will not call again as they are very rude and will not listen to you.   I will also be filing a complaint with the FCC.

i think everyone who gets this call should call back and harass them.. keep calling and calling..

The same number called me.  In an Indian accent he left a message about an urgent legal matter.  I was told to call back to find out how to avoid going to court over the matter.  I called him back...accused him of scamming.  He was like...if you know it is a scam why did you call back. Proceeded to use profanity...called me a motherf****r and a [***] sucker.  Seriously??  Oh she he answered I asked what business is this?   He said it was cash advance america.  Don't give these people money.

Icalled the people and asked tham for an english speaking person and told them that the INS was getting involved
and he got pissed and started cursing.....etc

These are scammers to the highest. Do not give the [***] s&*&t!

I have received numerous phone calls from a man claiming to be Kevin O'Brien.  He has also called my employer on numerous occasions.  When asking "Kevin" for an address, he will not give me one.  I may lose my job over this matter...

Here's what we all need to collectively to stop these harassing low life scamming idiots. Each one of must make a complaint to the FTC. I had to do this about 2 years ago for the same type of harassment from several scamming companies (the calls are always from someone who has a very heavy foreign accent) that obviously pay for our names & phone # from something we all filled out online at some point or another. I got so fed up because my phone was ringing (and now it's happening AGAIN) 25 times a day from all sorts of #'s I did not recognize. So I did some research and found out you needed to file a complaint with the FTC. To my surprise, I found out that the FTC was already doing an investigation on all the 4 different companies I reported. They were extremely appreciative of all the info I gave them and begged me to callback if I got any other info on the companies I complained about.  I have a very funny feeling this is going to be the case again for this moron who is calling all of us. POWER IS IN NUMBERS...LETS TAKE THEM DOWN EVERYONE!

BTW...it is 100% illegal what these people are doing to us. They are not allowed to threaten a person in any way with jail, attorney general, etc...total nonsense!
