I have keep getting calls from some india speakin guy, telling me that I took out a pay day loan in October, which is not true.  When I ask for his information he starts cursing and accuse me of trying tp escape the law.  With my line of work I'm not allowed to take out payday loans, and if I did he would already have my banking information.  A real company would be happy to provide their contact info.

I am getting the same call.

I've gotten numberous calls from a guy named Andy Brown with a middle eastern accent on my cell & especially at work, he is very rude and says he's calling me because I took out a pay day loan and I ddnt pay it back on time so he's calling to collect the payment before it gets turned into the court & goes under investigtion. Ive told him many times so sorry but I'm the only one working at the time I dont have the money to pay anything back right now, and he wont take NO for an answer. he insists I have to pay now! so I just hang up on the guy, then he continues to call me at my work over and over again even though Ive asked him many many times to not call me at work because I cannot speak to him on the phone while Iam working & he does not care. he'll just keep on calling back like up to easily 30 times in a day myself & co-workers have told him to not call back because Im not ging to speak to him at work, then  after various calls he starts swearing at me, or my co-workers or to whoever answers, like : you stupid [***], [***], dumb [***], mother-fuc--r, [***]-fuc- there's just so many bad words he'll keep saying & has even started to threaten my coworkers when they tell him Im not available, he'll say dont make me do something I dont want to do...   Id really appreciate it if someone can put a stop to these harrassing phone calls from this guy he obdviously has no manners nor professional experience in collecting money and cussing someone out & threathening them isnt the way to collect either, right?
