Called and left no message.  Their recording says press 1 to be placed on their do not call list.  As if.  Same as 202-452-1339

So anoying it just keep calling and no one in the other end, they just hang up. When you finally call back to find out who it is, all you get is, "press 1 if you want your number to be remove from this calls".

Can you hear me?  Can you hear me?  They said they were AARP with a quick survey about Medicare.  3 questions, I answered "yes" to all.  Then they asked for my email address so they could send me survey results.  I gave it to them. Well, now they have my phone number, my email address, and my voice saying "yes".
The FTC and the FCC are a waste of taxpayer money and should be shut down. This number appears to originate from a prison in an attempt to collect real numbers which then they sell.
It is a FRAUD or FICTIOUS caller....lying about who they are.

A guy said his name that I could not understand (talked too fast) and kept saying can you hear me, can you hear me, I would reply yes or sure and he would say it again and then would hang up.  Caller Id just said New York, NY.

Someone called us this evening from this number and didn't say anything. I would like to say that OUR number is listed with the DO NOT CALL LIST. if our number is used again we wil press charges. We have rights also.

With being tired of all these calls and no other option, I called back and pressed 1.  Glad I did, the calls finally stopped a day later.

347-502-2530. I got the call a few minutes ago. The conversation started this way, can you hear me, can you hear me. Then he said he was from AARP. I told him I don't have AARP just my Mother. He than proceeded to ask if he could have my mailing address to get information for her for the up coming changes in AARP. I told him that if she has AARP then she would of already got the information. But he kept on asking for my mailing address. I told him that I would have to ask my mother if she received a letter from AARP telling her about the changes. He said ok well in the meantime can we get your address to send the info for her, I said NO I have to talk to her. He said well we might not be able to call back. "Duh" he isn't calling back because I felt it was a scam. Also this number came on my phone as a cell phone number. Who calls from a company on a cell phone to talk to clients. Scam scam scam that's all I can say. It just didn't feel right talking to him.

caller said  his  name Zack than  can  you  hear me  than  laugh  and  than  hung  up.

I get calls from Washington D.C. and New York. They usually hang up or leave a message  saying can you hear me? I have no idea why they call or what they get out of it other than to annoy people.

Unavailable is caller ID so we will not answer.  That and other unavailable numbers call at different, often inconvenient times, which can be quite disruptive.

Why are you calling me. My phone is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Please follow orders or we will file a complaint.
