This number constantly calls my mobile phone (even after iI called it back a number of time  to put my number on their do not call list) and when I pick up, it hangs up. No sounds, voices, music, nothing. It is really becoming quite an annoyance. It also doesn't give you the option to do anything beside pressing #1. Where or who is the number from or for?

not sure what they are doing.  When I picked up the phone, a lady said: "how can I help you", then hang up the phone. so annoying...

The caller never leaves a message

They are very rude. They claim to be "utility reduction services". I don't pay utilities and they keep calling!! I just filed a complaint with the FCC.

These people call me every few days offering to lower my Con Ed bill. Usually I just hang up, but today I waited for the operator and asked her to remove me from the call list. She got very huffy and continued her sales pitch and basically called me an idiot for not wanting my bill lowered. These calls are harassing and I would like to press charges if that is possible.

The company at this  number are scam con artist and will rip you off if you speak with them. They are being investigated by Feds currently for criminal activity.

They call day after day offering lower Con Edison bills. They refuse to stop calling!!!!!!!

I am on the Do Not Call Registry but they still call, and hang up once they get the machine without leaving any kind of message. They were doing it frequently earlier in the year, stopped for a while, but have started up again. Yesterday, and today as well.

This company, which claims to be able to reduce utility rates, has been calling every day, 2 and 3 times a day, for weeks. Sometimes there is a recorded message, sometimes there is no one on the other end. I have called back the number at least a dozen times, which automatically goes to another recorded message asking if you want to be removed from their call list, and to press 1 if you wish to end these calls. Each time I press 1 it says to give 24-48 hours for the number to be removed, but it never is. This is nothing short of harassment.

beware! All the ESCO companies will be trolling in force. They are total scams. We got suckered into one a few years ago and we ended up paying a lot more that if we just stayed with ConEd and National Grid. I will never use an ESCO again!

I have tried to remove my phone number from their list and nothing works. I have reprogrammed my  phone to call them 6 times after they call me and that hasn't stopped their harassment.. I would love to be able to get an address for them so I could 'visit ' their offices but that  seems impossible since they use a cel number and are NOT actually located anywhere. I am a senior citizen and feel that they are targetting me for their scam.

This number calls twice a day for weeks.  Have reported it to the do not call list but it continues.  I've stopped calling the number and pressing 1 to stop the calls because it doesn't work.  What do they want???
