On 9/11/14 (of all days) an "Officer" Kevin Foster called my cell and left a message that I would be arrested the following day. Since I'm not a criminal, I called back and asked what the charges were. He told me not to interrupt (because he's clearly reading from a script) and said something like tax fraud, non-payment of an advance, etc. It was hard to hear him, plus English is obviously not his first language. I asked him "an advance from what?" and he started getting angry, so I said "where are you calling from?" He said "New York." I said "if someone was going to arrest me, they wouldn't call in advance, this is a bunch of crap" and he said "You deserve to get arrested then" so I said "and you're an idiot" at which point he hung up.

Got the same thing lol. Don't worry!

same thing here, after he said he was going to arrest me tomorrow he ended the call by saying have a blessed day, hope he gets cancer, lololololololo

also under the fair debt collection practice act you cant get arrested for a debt, so he can go pound sand

Just got the same call on my cell phone. Said I would be arrested tomorrow morning.  I then said for what,  he said for a loan that I received and never paid back. I said I never received a loan. Then he said can you pay today the money you Owen I said no I can't give you any money because I don't have any money nor did I receive money from anyone. He said well call me back on Monday so we can discuss other options for you. Are you kidding me? First I'm getting arrested tomorrow then call on Monday and they will see what they can do. I got a call like this before and was scared so I sent them a letter by fax for out of court restitution and then called them back with $65 payment on a green dot card and they said they would contact me and let me know what was going on. I have yet to hear from them. Also I agree with the other person who contacts you and says they are going to arrest you the next day. Also shouldn't they send something in the mail regarding this and not read it verbatim off of a sheet of paper? Thats why he doesn't want you to interrupt him because he would loose his place from where he's reading! Absolutely crazy!!

Got the same thing today. First they are gonna arrest me tomorrow and then he tells me to call him back on Monday to see what they can do to help me with this situation.

Just received a call from a Kevin Foster informing me that I was going to be arrested tomorrow for 3 outstanding warrants. I have no clue what the heck he is talking about. I do not appreciate this harrassment and he called me at work. I argree why would someone call you and tell you that you were going to be arrested tomorrow and be in custody for 3 weeks. What a crock!!!

He also called me and left same message so I called back and he wouldn't tell me why I was being arrested tomorrow so I told him I will report him and he hung up. He was rude after I mentioned police...

Just got the call but will call him back on Monday. I am going to make something up and see if I can scare him, should I be a kingpin or lawyer?
