If you receive call from this number, they are fraud. They call like IRS officer and take all your money. They say you owe them back taxes and they will be issuing a warrant etc. Please...Please....this is fraud.

Just got this call.  It's a recorded message and they don't even ask for a particular person. The guy sounded foreign but said his name was Sebastion. So sick of this!!

Received a call from a man with a Northern accent calling himself Sebastian Desk stating that he was from the IRS and legal action for taxes was pending. It seems that many others have been receiving similar calls. From my research, I believe that this is a scam. The IRS does not make first contact through telephone calls or emails. Let others know and/or report this caller to hopefully prevent this scam from succeeding.

I received a phone call / voice message from this number of a similar nature...Irs...blah blah blah...said his name was Franklin Benjamin!!! So unique!!!!  Had an accent as well.  SCAMMERS!!!  Let's get em!

Got a call from a live person last week, and he does not make any sense either so hang up on him as well.
When call back, just to see who they are, unable to reach phone number !!

Why aren't legal dept or government office take them down?

Just got a call from this number from Franklin Benjamin stating that there is a tax fraud against me.  Blah blah blah and do not disregard the call. Press one to know more about the case press nine to ignore this call. The caller had a very strong indian accent. The call back number is 888 887 2003. I am getting so sick of the scam. This is very annoying. Hope they get caught soon!

My husband recieved a call from them last nite..seriously rude.  He checked into it and found was a scam.... cant believe they have no way to find them and make them pay out to all the people they called

I am tired of whomever is using these numbers to call me and threaten to be arrested for tax evasion. I was told to immediately call back FRANKLIN BENJAMIN AT 888-887-2003. The number he called on is 347-559-0378, and he sounds like he has a Russian like accent.

The number he called on is 347-559-0378, and he sounds like he has a Indian accent like accent. telling me that I will be arrested today by 6:30 PM and I be in the court tomorrow morning, and I might face 8 months and 15 day in prison.
It's almost  PM now and I am still waiting to be arrested.
I want to report it but I do not know to who and what are they going to do with them if they are in India or China?

Got a call today claiming to be the irs and that I owed back taxes. He had an Indian accent and said his name was Steven James. That drew my suspicion immediately having to sarcastically laugh into the phone. I then asked for his phone number which I repeated several times and where he eventually hung up. Do they think they can pull their scam on everyone?

Benjamin Franklin left a voice mail message from Federal Securities warning me that I will be arrested for Federal Income Tax problems.  He said to call 888-508-0107.  This is the same message that I received from 415-251-0522 a month ago.  I will report it to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

This guys are FRAUD from India. They also use no 888-508-0107

Just got call from this number, SCAM SCAM SCAM SUPPOSEDLY IRS collectors, they are after your money.

Got calls from this number twice today. Numerous in the past. Caller claimed from Benjamin Franklin. Never call them back unless you know who they are. I was scammed $1600 by another number simply by calling the number back a month ago. The phone did not even go to any live person. Luckily the money was retrieved by my credit card company.

I've gotten 7 calls from this number over the past three days. Each time they leave the same voicemail. Name is Franklin Benjamin, and I am threatened with arrest if I don't call back. I'm trying out the CallFilter Droid app to see if I can block them and have reported this to every relevant government agency I can think of.
