Received a call from a 1-347-560-5025 at work. The left a message could not understand their name but they new my last four digits of social. This is very scary. They saod I need to call concerning some legal administration

Yep. That is the same thing they told me. It is scary!

they keep calling my job as well and they even have cussed me out multiple times

keep getting a call to work they have my ss number say something about a legal matter

These are scammers from India. I have been getting calls from these people for a while now. Their number changes, their name changes, but their voice doesn't. I talked to one before and they couldn't give me any documentation or even give me a company name that was legit. They probably got your info from a payday loan or something like that. This is how I believe they got mine. If you don't recognize the number, don't answer. let it go to voicemail. Eventually they go away for a while.

They keep calling my work and my cell.  I told them DO NOT CALL MY WORK ANYMORE that I would lose my job.  I have not clue what they are talking to me about and really don't care.  I don't deal with payday loans or those types.  They must have called 15 times back to back after I told them to stop calling.  They said they would continue to call and talk to my supervisor until it's paid.

They are calling my place of business looking for an employee.  I have asked several times for them not to call back.  The supposed supervisor Don Lawson told me after asking for a fax number, "[***] you get the fax number yourself, Go to hell, I will not stop calling you."

I reported this matter to the police for harrassment.  I put a trace on the number, and reported to the police again.

These people are out of control & clearly have no respect for anyone.

The company name that was provided was LLC USA on the first call, the second call I was told it is Legal Liabilities Corporation of USA.  I have searched this number & business name to no end and still no results.  

I plan to call Brooklyn Police department if the calls do not cease.  I will seek a lawyer & press charges to further that motion.

I just a got a call from them today looking for my sister supposedly they say she put me down as a reference.

I keep getting harassing phone calls and voicemails at work about some payday loan that I failed to pay in 2010. I have the paperwork for this, it was paid. They can not provide me with any info on this and they dont know the company name for which they collected this debt. All they have is my name, NUMBERS and SOCIAL Security #! This is really stressing me out.

I too have been a victim of these people.  They got me through a payday loan I applied for.  Claiming to represent a company they would not name.  When one of them finally gave me a name, I told them I wouldn't be paying because I had proof I had never used that company. They stopped calling for about a month & then started in again.  I got a call from someone one morning & he gave me a case number.  I got a call that afternoon from someone else using the same case number for a different amount.  Suspecting fraud, I called the State Police who told me to contact Equifax Credit and get on a fraud hotline and through that, it would also go out to the other two credit reporting companies.  Harrassment got so bad at work that I had to be given a new phone number.

scam!!! but be careful, many major companies use country like India to do customer service, to answer your phone call and they can access all your information.......so watch your credit reports
