Bogus call.  Very un professional and not worthy of my time.  The only problem is they are calling a business and wasting my time.  I am just going to hang up on them.  I am not going to bother and concern the employee.  How can we get them to stop calling?

I have just started receiving these calls from 347-637-6452 and 646-395-7721.  Several different understandable people, sometimes Office Michael Maxin sp? and other agents, have left messages stating that I will be put behind bars and several other things.  They say my social (they pronounce sosial) will be ruined. They have my personal information, I'm assuming from payday loan applications filed online.  They are also calling my references which urks the hell out of me.  They have threatened to call my employer and if I find out that they have done that I will seek further action.  This comes at a time when I am in financial and mental turmoil as it is.  Just putting another stab in my back.

received approximately 40 calls from this number today. i work at a gm plant and cant forward calls to employees. this ass starts swearing at me and calling me an "N" word because i wont get the person he wants. very unprofessional and rude. just keep hanging up the phone, thats what i did, except i did start to mess with him after he called me a mother effer and a n word

We got several calls today from that number for an employee.  The man said his name was Patrick Wheeler, and he was asking for an employee of ours.  He was very rude and yelling and kept calling back demanding that we call the employee within a half hour.  I took his name and number and did call the employee to let her know.  She has had these calls before and they are bogus.  She has talked to the local police department about them.

These people have threaten to put me behind bars that i will be arrested within 2 days calling to my job and leaving messages , he said his name is officer patrick willer but talks unperfessional, this seems a scam to me I have paid all my loans off. is there a place i can call to report this?

How do you get them to stop. they are calling me at work and harrassing me. I never got a loan from these people. they swear at the people who answer the phone at the desk and say some really nasty things to me when I do talk to them. Even had my managertalk to him and he was not nice at all. Went to the police but have to go to the one where the store is located to file a report. Hope they stop soon don't want to lose my job over this.

I had the same just happen to me . They was calling my job like crazy even call me a name i would not repeat. I'm going to sue .

i am getting these calls as well,wish that that is something i could do to stop this.or catch these people.

I just started receiving this calls from this number at my job. They were so disturbing. They said that their names were Officer Jerry Cross and Patrick Wheeler and they said they was recording the call asking me to wire money to them through money gram. they wouldn't tell me what this was for. They wouldn't stop calling my job. They cursed several of my coworkers out and was very rude. I don't know how they got my information. I'm assuming from an on-line payday loan application. What can i do to stop this or report this cause I'm not allowed to have calls of any sort at my job unless an emergency. They had to have call my job for at least an two hours today. This is very upsetting and embarrassing.

Explain what's happening to your supervisor and give him the link to this site. He will be able to see how many others have been harassed by this company and companies like it.

A major red flag is that they demand payment by Western Union, a sure sign of a scam. That way, when they receive the money it is untraceable. If they lied about their name and address, then they are harder to catch. If you answer the phone, you're fair game whether you owe a debt or not. The money goes right in their pocket, and none is sent to the creditor. Next time they call, ask for their bond number and to send you proof of the debt by the postal service, not by fax or email. They have to be bonded in their state to be official debt collectors. Only scam companies have no bond number. If they provide one, Google it to make sure it's real.

Report them to www.IC3.gov . They are conducting an investigation against them.

To avoid their calls at home, you'll need a call-blocker.  For landlines and cellphones (smartphones excluded) contact your service provider. For smartphones, look on your screen for an app market icon, click on it, then search for call-blocking apps. Open the app, add the number and follow the prompts.
