both my son and daughter in law got messages on their phones saying to have me call back immediately that I owed them money from a loan to cash advance and with attorneys fees I owed them $2280.00 but if I was willing to settle over the phone right then they would drop it to $1300.00 but I had to make a decision right then. the messages to my kids one said that I would be arrested the next day and if I didn't pay right then I would have to be in court in florida monday morning.  I called my attorney and he said to give them his name and phone number, address and e-mail address.  When I called them back they would not take my attorney's phone number that I should have him call them when I persisted that they take down the phone number they hung up on me.  so we called the local police dept and they said to goggle the phone number.  after reading the above contacts I called the attorney general's office in Buffalo NY.  they said I have to have a  company name and address to file a complaint.  The person I spoke to said he was an attorney his name supposedly is Michale  Sinclair however they gave me no address or company name other than cash advance.  His english was very broken he was difficult to understand.

Yes I receieved a phone call from them today about a $300 loan from 500 fast cash but I also did my research and both were said to be a scam and false companies. I think we should call the FBI and the Police. I told them I would call the FBI and they said this is a private matter and that the FBI couldnt get involved in it but doesnt the FBI help with personal situations!? of course they do. I tore into him pretty good when I was talking he was very rude and talked over me at times. If I were you I would ignore them. Dont be scared lets let God handle this. Got a call at work and left job and he called there also. Mike Thomas. I have no outstanding loans or bills that have not been negotiated or taken care of. He should not be allowed to call at your job.

I got a call to my job from the Robert shefford office  , his name Brian Smith he had Indian accent
but i did not return his call because he call my cell and I new that  was not a legal  busines person. I did a phone serch and that 347 367-6467 is not a legal numbers.

I just got the same phone call few minutes ago and decided to google the number and seen everyone has the same story but I have NO idea what their talking abut because, I did recieve a pay day loan but that company got their money out of my bank acct as soon as my pay day came around, so what should i do from here? Any suggestions

LOL - just got the same message from Brian Smith at the Law Offices of Robert Schaffer.  Apparently, there are 3 complaints against me and my social security number and if I don't call back I will be in serious deep legal trouble.  I don't know where this is coming from but they also called my cell so I really don't think it is real.  If it was legal, I would have received some kind of document in the mail stating the complaints.  These people are relentless and need to go away.  What kind of Indian / Bangledeshy man has the name Brian Smith?   Their script is really bad too.  At least he said have a good life and good luck at the end of his message.

I have been receiving calls from a Johnny Lee at the Law Offfices of Michale  Sinclair. Apparently, he claims there is a lawsuit against me in civil courts. Funny thing is I work near there and did some research. There is no civil court case. He is full of BS.

i got the same call and they calimed to have contacted me a few times by email as well. The first number that called me was 202-499-1444 so I called it back and he said his name was Ryan. Then I called it back and asked what company he was and he said cashnetusa. I got a call 5 minutes later and he claimed to be from an attorney's office and his phone number came through restricted. He told me his name now was Simon Wilson and gave me a 786 -533 -3031 phone number. i reverse looked up the 202 which is in Washington and the 786 number is from Miami. First time he told me that I was going to have to go to court and I have a Lawsuit out on me and the 2nd time he told me the IRS was going to come for me. So i contacted cashnetusa.com and am waiting for a reply. I have heard a lot of people having these problems with people getting scammed and paying. This guy spoke horrible english as well.
