just received a call from my boss. Andy rogers called from this number threating them about a lawsuit that I am supposedly involved in from a payday loan. I called the number back and the gentleman was very rude. I asked for papers concerning this lawsuit and the person informed me that they do not send out black and white. papers concerning this. My boss is very tired of getting rude calls from this company. I have contacted the company they say I have a loan through and the company tells me I have never taken a loan out through them. How do I get these calls to stop. I am going to end up losing my job over this.

wow..i feel your pain. I work in a nursing home and i'm the receptionist...we have received these calls all day long today from what seems to be an international phone number on our caller id...it wasnt until our administrator asked for his number to call him back that i googled the number and found out about all the scamming going on. He was asking for a previous employee and when we told him she no longer works here he screams at us saying he is from the legal department and we BETTER not hang up on him! lol..its the craziest thing i've ever heard. I feel sorry for you..i can imagine that would be embarassing as your boss is getting these messages. but honestly its not your fault and maybe you need to let him/her know that its a scam...its all over the internet and news. provide them with some stuff from google about it. i just googled the area code 347 and immediately saw SCAM info...good luck to you!
