This person called me at work and said that I have a very serious fraudulent charge against my identity.  Since I have been working closely with a credit attoreny on cleaning up some past medical bills on my credit in order to qualify for a home loan I knew this was incorrect.  I told him he was full of it and he could speak to my attorney.  He argued with me and said that I needed to settle this matter now or I would be taken out of my work in handcuffs and very bad things would happen to my family.

Not only are they calling me, they are also call a fried of mine. I donot  know how they have gotten her number. They have the last  digit of my ss#. how can they get personal information?

I also received a message from this number too. I tried calling the number back and got the message saying I have dialed the incorrect number.... I am in the army and have been away due to training. This needs to be stopped. I don't like coming home to a message saying I'm in trouble and I don't know why...

This person called me at work and said i had a loan from some finance company and i need to repay it.  This person has called me about a year ago and did the same thing.  How can we stop this guy from calling?

Person called by the name of Shane Watson stating that I Owe a debt and if i didnt pay it they will press charges on me and have me Arrested as well as they called my friend Threatning to take Legal Actions out against him... Emaliled me a Payment Letter with no real Company information on it

I've received several messages from a male calling from this number. The message stated that there is a lawsuit against my social security number and then the person stated what my ssn was. Im an unaware of who this person can be and more importantly how he has my personal information. I called the number back and received a recording stating that the number was not in service.

I am getting threatening calls at work and on my cell phone.  these calls come about every other month.  I am being told there is a lawsuit against my social security # and I am going to be charged with fraud and taken to jail.  Don't know who this is or who they represent. But what they are doing is illegal.  I work in collections and know my rights.

They know absolutely all of my personal identity information including bank account, routing numbers and social security number. They are from the middle east from the sound of their accent. They use Common American aliases. They know where my husband works and his work cell phone number including my birthdate and home address. They have attempted to pull this off now for a second time. The first time claiming to be a government agency, to be more specific the FBI and insisted I write a letter of guilt and amount of money I would pay toward my supposed fraudulent debt charges and this would prevent me from going to federal prison. I called the FBI who assured me it was a scam and I called them back and told them I called the FBI! THEY GOT VERY NASTY, calling me bad names saying I would be brought up on federal charges within 48 hours if I failed to send payment with. Specified information.  I reacted quickly and closed my current bank account,  reordered new checks and cards Ans still it happened all over again only yesterday, claiming to be a debt consolidation firm with the same request, same threatsand one additional number #646-351-1255. Changed my account again!

This same man from this number has called my place of business (I am the receptionist) more than once looking for current employees. When I tell him they are not allowed to receive these types of phone calls he gets extremely rude and says it's an urgent matter and that he's an officer. He sounds sketchy and I don't believe him. The first time that he called he said he was from some law office. I do not like people going after my co workers and harassing them. I took down his number and he told me his name was Officer Robben Jackman. I think this is a scam. I tipped my co workers to check out this web page because I want to protect them. I have a very bad feeling about this man. I've had my identity stolen before and it was a pain to straighten out, it also feels like a violation. This man needs to stop. He is calling from a line with a NY area code, we are all the way over in Seattle. Whatever you do DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR PERSONAL INFO LIKE BANK ACCT NUMBERS, OR SSN'S. NO ONE SHOULD EVER ASK YOU FOR THESE, AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO GIVE ANYONE THIS INFORMATION.

Ok same issue here, individual called using name Alex Morgan said he was from CCS, funny thing is when I called back to confront them the individual who answered said he worked for BCC out of NY, gave the license #81123908 which he said could be checked with the BBB whom i have an email into at this very moment, supposedly over money received from Cash Advaance America, funny thing is since they have all the information and know the bank we use, yet they still havent tried to take money from said bank, also this individual didnt say outright that they were a debt collector trying to collect on a dept. Was the first thing to tip me off.That and the fact this has happeded to us before using a diffrent person and for a diffrent company (Cash.net) in which the phone number was also said to be a scam as well. Hopefully will get more information as I dig into what is really going on, Be Forwarned, never give out your ssn or info to some company on the internet that you dont know about or this could happen to you as well.

This phone number called me and said I had taken out a Loan on Pay Day loans. I have never done this. I want this resolved. I will be contacting the BBB.

Fraud! say I took a loan from their company. Never did. Please Contact my at the address of this email origin.

A Brad Stevens called my work regards to a legal matter has he putted. saying I owed money and he wouln't say to who he tells me to send him the money and who ever i  owe the money to will get it.
THIS PERSON NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!! HE HARRASS TO MANY PEOPLE!!

This number called me leaving messages saying I'm gonna get sued and I have a lawsuit against me. I called back and the person hung up on me twice. Then I called back again and they just picked up the phone and said nothing. Who is this guy and how he got my info. This person need to be stopped.

This same scenario has happened to me countless times. Yes, they do have your personal identification information because somewhere on the internet you released it and it was either traded or sold to them. They are scam artists for sure. I have found that the best thing to do is to not answer your phone to calls that you do not recognize the numbers and these numbers do not identify themselves. I know because they show up on my phone sometimes as one digit such as "4" and that's it. Now who is going to answer to a call from one digit? If you are that curious, you are going to be in trouble all the time because the scammers will catch up with you no matter what. This last call for me is so poor that I can't even understand his name or the bogus name of the company he says he represents. Think this way people--would a legitimate collection agency or Attorney's  office hire a person who could not speak English to call their English speaking customers? NO. Would you be served papers and arrested from another State other than the one in which you lived? NO-out of your jurisdiction. Please folks, I've done all the reporting to FBI and local  authorities and the whole nine yards. Just don't answer your phone. It's bad enough that they leave messages. Ignore them and they WILL go away for a while. They do come back but ignore them again and before you know it they will not return. Or,  better yet, change your number!

they called a friend n said that i had fradulant loan over internet n that my friend would n n lawsuit if i didn't pay. when i contact them they were rude didn't listen.the company was so called pcs n that i took a loan out with cash america. a bunch of bs and i told them that i was reporting them n he said adios amigo

I recieved a call from this number, told me I was going to be in legal trouble if a matter was not fixed, when I returned the call and told them I wanted something in writing and was told they couldnot, I told them I checked out their number and was aware it was a fraud and I had reproted to the authorities they hung up. Do not give them any imfo.

A man named Chris Renew called me and said that I had a fraudulent case pending against me & I needed to call him back to avoid charges.
