These people are SICK!!!!!!!  What a scam.  Are they that dumb to think we are going to fall for this BS??????  How can we stop these nuts from calling us???  I hope someone can help us.  I am about to loose my job

i received a call from these people saying they are pcs law group, and that i have unpaid payday loans.  i do, but none of them know of these people.  i have told them not to call my job, and they say that they will not.  i have had calls from other false law groups, that say i will be taken to court if i do not send money.  they must be crazy, or think that i am

A very heavily accented man called me from this phone number, claiming my granddaughter had stolen my identity & they wanted me to press charges against her.  The caller identified himself as PCS Law Group.  I told them I would not press charges and hung up.

These people are really scam artists! First, a guy with a heavy accent called and left a message stating his name was "David Cooper." When I called them back and asked for David Cooper, the guy says to me "I am David Cooper's supervisor, how can I help you?" I said "you can help by putting David Cooper on the phone." Another guy came to the phone but it definitely wasn't the guy that had left the message previously. So when he got on the phone and said he was David Cooper, I said, "this is not the same David Cooper that just called and I want to speak with that David Cooper." :-) They put me on hold and then the "original" David Cooper gets on the phone and says I need to speak to "Anthony Anderson because he is handling my case." So "Anthony Anderson" gets on the phone and I give my name and ask why they are calling. He states they are the "legal department and three civil claims have been filed against me." I asked from who and he says "Cash Advance USA." I told him I've never had a loan from Cash Advance USA and I don't owe them anything. He says "yes you do ma'am so do you want to pay with your credit card or do you want us to take legal action." I replied, "I want you to send me copies of the documents you have to show where I received a loan." He then says to me, "are you black or white." So I asked him "what does that have to do with anything and what is your ethnicity." He then hung up on the phone. I called back several times and now they pick up and hang back up. Somebody need to put a stop to these people!

does anyone have an open police report with these guys an address or even an idea where they are operating out of.

I recieved a threating phone call from these people also. They say there out of new york. And are demanding money from people. something needs to be done

First when they call they need to know how to speak English. This person name was Scott Platin and said he was from the Law of Investigations of NewYork. This man is sick and if they think they can get some money from me they dead wrong and need to go back to their country!

got a call from 347-671-0350 and 347-121-2121......Do not give these people ANY of your bank account information. They call claiming they are with federal investigation services and threaten jail time, law suits, theft of services..you name it they are clamin it......these people need to be put in there place once and for all...I dont know how they get away with scamming people out of money...its called GET A REAL FUCKN JOB and quit trying to scam people for money. first of all if i was in trouble for half the [***] they claim i would be in jail for a long long time..never been in trouble with the law in my life..these people are a complete joke....they aint gettn [***] from me and never will...good luck trying you sorry [***]. they claim they have all this infor about you ...well hello its called internet you can get [***] about anyone now a days so dont let them scare you...OH REALLY FUNNY.....if they have all this information why are they calling me mr and not mrs......[***]!!!!!!!!!!!! most times when they call i cuss them out and tell them they need to speak english and go the [***] back home.............anyway dont fall for there traps i know people that have....if you dont speak english you aint gettn [***].

Hey i dont know if this will help you but it worked for me with one of the many scammers that blows my phone up....tell them you investigated the company and found out they are scammers and you are reporting them to the state police and FBI if they call you again and they will stop......at least that one hasnt called me back since i told them that.

I had a similar phone call...this guy called my husbands job and said he needs to talk to him about an urgent legal matter...my husband was not happy lol...he said his name was Sam Smith..really? where do they get those names..they said they were going to take us to court if we did not pay them and i told that we did not authorize any transactions and when i started tellling this guy all that he put music on like he was putting me on hold...i just hung up...these people are crazy im not paying them a dime ....

Sam has called and threatning me and some legal trouble I am going to jail.  I HATE THESE DAMN FOREIGN PEOPLE THEY ARE CALLING ME AND SAYING ALL THESE SCAMS .  I will not pick up my phone STOP calling me . I have reported them to the federal trade commission .LEAVE ME ALONE

I received a phone call, on my display it only showed +1263. I answered and when I realized it was the same people that have been harrassing me for months, I hung up. About 5 minues later one of my co-workers called me & said she got a message regarding myself & fraud. She forwarded me the message. I listened to it. He claimed to be Shawn Wood from Law Investigation Dept for PCS & if my company did not get me to return his phone call at 347-671-0350 they would also take them to court & ruin their credit.

Yes. The police had it traced for us. They are in a different country and connect to us using a number out of NY. Nothing can be done, because they are from Africa, I believe.

Recieved phone call from David Cooper who had a very heavy accent and stated he was an investigator with the state of New York badge number 512 and demanded to talk to an employee (anonnymous company). When he was told individuals could not take personal phone calls, he started demanding to speak to the person and when hung up on, he called back 8 times in 30 seconds. When this was reported to proper authorities, as usual nothing was done. Why are laws made for harrasing phone calls but no agency wants to handle the case? This is about the 12th complaint I have seen on this individual.
