they called me and said i owed money for a payday loan and asked me to get an attorney. then they tried to have me wire money to them at a CVS. when i put my "attorney" on the phone they told her to kiss their a** along with some other choice words.

These ppl call me over 20 times a day saying I need to get an attorney for a Payday Loan I didn't apply forl. Broken English from this person every time. I ask them who they represent and they disconnect the call. Then they call back in 30 second intervals! SCAM!!!

Keep calling my number repeatedly with broken English.  States something about getting an attorney. When i ask who he represents, he hangs up and calls all day long. he states his name is Robert?

A man by the name of Adam garica called me and told me that he was a Lawyer for all the payday loans and that I had to send him money through moneygram and that I could not disconnect the call until I paid. I contacted the loan company directly and they informed me that they had no such lawyer do not send any money to him through moneygram or any other type of payment.

Adam Garcia saying that I owed loan and that I had to pay or I'm going to jail told me inbred to go to walgreens to pay

i have also recieved a call from Adam or a mark garica.  he claims he is from new your city and says that if i don't pay him i will be hauled off to jail to new york city. And he had also had mention my bf name also. that we would both be hauled of to jail if i did not make a payment. What do i do when he calls back?  any one telll me
