A woman calling herself Ms. Johnson keeps calling me telling me she needs to file criminal charges against me, something that "came across my desk" linked to my name and SSN. They call my mobile phone and harrass me at work. Then tell me if I don't return the call by a certain date or time then they will be forced to process the claim in my county and serve me with papers at my place of employment.

A woman called and said she was a "Server" and said that she's looking for a Kim Cooper.  I said I don't know a K. Cooper.  She apologized and said she must have wrong number.

Woman called saying she was from the law offices of something I didn't catch it and had criminal charges against me.  Rambled on about loans from this bank in 2011 and mentioned some girls name.  When I said I'd never even heard of that bank she asked so you don't know Katrina I said no and she hung up

Ms Johnson called said was gonna file charges on my son if he didn't pay 774.12 cause of a loan not paid from Advance America he hasn't even taken out a lon in years if my son don't call county will take over and he will be arrested
