A guy keeps calling me at work telling me they are going to garnish my check from work for over 2,000.00 for a loan I took out in 2010. I never took out a loan with that company. The guy will not give me his information and is currently as I type calling my office phone harassing me over and over and over ....at least 20 times already today. He won't give me his phone number nor will he let me talk to a supervisor nor will he give me an acct# . How can I stop him?

This guy calls my cell phone and my work phone at least 20 times daily.  He is very beligerent and rude towards whoever answers the phone.  When my co-workers tell him I'm not in the office, he calls them liars and other deragotory names.  He says he is collecting a debt from 2008, but I have paid that debt and have documentation saying it has been paid.  He will not give me the name of the company or a physical address of the company or any form of documentation saying he is legally able to collect this debt.
