What do they say? I have gotten calls from them too.

Foreigner indicating they are Officer Shawn Miller calls up to 6 times a day and leaves messages telling me to call, but not identifying their company.
This is harrassment.  I have asked them to stop to no avail.

He told me he was officer John taylor and that i owed 300 dollars from a loan i didnt even get. He tried to harass me saying that he would speak to my mánager and i would lose my Job and go to prison. He thinks that theyre people stupid enough to fall for that? Watch out for that number everyone.

this man with an accent so thick i cant undersatnd, uses many alias,, says im going to Jail,, haha ,, i was a bill collector and i know his tactics are illegal but i have no address to report him,, can anyone help me!!! he is iding himself as a law enforecemnt offical, that could casue him to be arrested, but i need an address,, help me

we need an address to get him arrested for impersonation and harassment, do you have one

I also received a call from this number and from a man with a thick accent as well stating i owed 300 dollars from a loan company and i was going to jail as well yet he had all my information please someone help this is a scam and we all need this man in jail

This man called to say that i owe $300 for a loan i never took out. He was very rude and started to threaten me with court he told me to get a lawyer.

I got the same thing he keeps calling say hes an officer named absent with a bad accent.. we need this guy stopped

I've got the same problem!  Except this thick Indian accent guy calling from 347-827-3814 says his name is Officer Jason Parker.  He calls from different numbers.  Has called for a long time.  I think last year his was John Smith.  I changed my numbers, job and bank account, but he has tracked me down somehow.  I filed an FBI report sometime last year, but that didn't do any good.  Tells me I'm going to lose my job, get arrested.  All that crazy stuff.  I've been in the legal field for over 18 years.  This is crazy.  I don't know how these people get away with this.  If this nut job calls, hang up, don't return his calls, don't answer them.

I just received a call from a person calaiming to be officer Patrick Wilson this guy with an heavy indian accent told me that I have a claim against my social security number and I can go to jail!!!! He told me if I call back he could help I have no clue what this is about. sounds like a huge scam.

I have received numerous calls from 347-827-3814 and they also use other numbers and they harrass you to no end.  They also claim that there is an outstanding loan and that I will be arrested if not paid.  I am sick and tired of this BS.  I will take this to the Attorney General Office and file a complaint.  I have had it.  Not even the legimate collection agencies treat you like this all they want is to get paid in whichever form possible and besides it is against the law to harass someone at work and anywhere period.

I keep a spreadsheet on these idiots.  I work for a major company as a Security Manager.  All these calls for our associates filter through me. I get these calls for several people daily.  They still haven't caught on they talk to the same guy.  They're not too quick.  I lead all these calls, they don't.  I don't give them a chance. Once I get all their info, I advise them I know this is a scam and "if I call the real company while you are on hold they will know all about you right?"  I called a real company last week and let these two talk on speaker to each other PRICELESS!!!!!!  I told the guy this morning when I put him on speaker I can multi task and make fun of him at the same time.  He yelled cuss words and hung up. They're a joke

I keep receiving phone calls from this phone number. The indian person claims to be an investigative officer who will arrest me if I don't pay $300.00.

Got a call from a Officer Charles Brown from the Department of Financial Investigations. I asked him if this was a federal, state, or local government agency, and he said YES.

Calls and states he's investigator and is filing a lawsuit against me if My Attrny or I don't return his call. Has a very thick accent.  Has called my cell phone several times throughout the day and now has my work number and has called them leaving threatening messages.  States a Force of Government Law Officials will be here to arrest me at my place or work or at home if I don't return his call before 5 pm on what ever day he calls.

Same guy keeps calling. Heavy thick accent. Can barely understand him.  Here is a transcripe of what he says leaving voice messages on my cell and at my work.

This message is intended for (my name) this is Officer Charles brown  calling from department of financial investigation now I think this is my 3 or 4th advisement to you I am not sure what’s wrong but still I didn’t receive a single response from your side or you never tried to get back to me so now if I don’t receive a call from you or your attorney either by today itself  then it  will be simply taken that you are trying to run away from the situation and i would be forced to send a team of ??? investigators at  your doorstep as well as at your work place by tomorrow morning and thereafter you will be in  a big trouble so I strongly suggest to you that before I take any kind of legal action against you I want you to call me right away on 347 827 3814 I repeat 347-827-3814   and look for Officer Charles Brown  thank you

i ghot this call today telling me io was going to jail takeing me to court and to write my i.d number down

Whoever thier are they r doing the same to me and they r useing another number also is 813-418-7428 and say im im going to jail so they r useing to numbers the one they always use 347-827-3814 and 813-418-7428 but i dont give up i call them back and give them hell and harras them all time i have the time now they call me other number but i do the same and know it has stoped but i still saved thier number just incase but it is true the cops of any other person that work for the law is not going.. to help so i do what they do to me harras them back

I got a similar call last week from an officer Max Colton that stated I had an outstandin pay day loan.
Which I have a few of he said that I needed to pay $300.00 dollars or face the full extent of the
law.My inability to verify which company he was referring to,I agreed to a $150 payment to be made on 01 may. But after reading the comments listed on this page I will not be giving any of my money
away. So come the 1st of may I am expecting another call asking for the details.
Also,the payment was to go by Moneygram to a Shenique Manghram in Tampa,Fla
