Got a call from this number from a man claiming his name was Ricky Jones, however, could barely speak English.  Threatened to have me served papers to my place of employment and my home if I did not return his call.  He stated I would have papers served through the courts and I would be served by the police.

I am an attorney who called this number as soon as my niece told me her friend got a call threatening her(my niece) with jail for a debt she never heard about.  The guy who called said his name was jackie williams. But he has a very heavy middle eastern accent. He would not give me the fax number and in stead said he was giving me the measurements of his [***].  He told me what a sexy voice I had and that he really enjoyed talking with me. I called back from the law office phone and got him to tell me that his company is PCS in Brooklyn, NY.  THIS NUMBER IS A SCAM. IF ANYONE EVER THREATENS YOU WITH JAIL REGARDING A DEBT IT IS A SCAM.

i recieved that calls also.. what should i do file a complain or just ignore this stupid people?

Someone called claiming that they we're going to open a case and that threating to go to my job and serve papers on me. His name was ricky jones some man i could not understand its a scam so dont let them get you.

They called me at my job yesterday and told me pretty much the same thing. I called the BBB and she gave me a web site to visit to file a  complaint. I did, everyone should who gets these calls and maybe they can catch them.

I own a restaurant and this number has been calling regarding one of my employees trying to get her to give out her social security number to verify the 'loan' that she took out which she never did.  If you call the number the person 'David Jones' with a heavy Indian accent simply says hello (as though you're calling his personal phone).  When I called, they wanted my name and information and I hung up. If its not a scam (which is most likely because what lawyers office is open after 7 on a Friday?), its a poorly run lawyers office.

THIS Man called my job saying that i will be in lots of legal trouble if i do not call him back!!!! im in trouble at work for receiving a personal call and this man giving our info about me!!! what can i do!!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number from Mike Thompson.  He has also called my daughter's ceil phone.  I work for the Department of Justice and will soon figure out how to get this stopped.  I will keep you guys posted and if anyone else has any suggestions, please keep us posted.

I have be receiving the calls also, it has to be something we can do.  I am working on it.

I have been receiving these calls for awhile now. They have started calling my daughters ceil number for me.  I would like for this to stop it is now upsetting my daughter.

If you receive a call from this number please call the FEDS!! It is a SCAM!  The number to call and report them to be investigated is 1-877-382-4357. Then if they call back again, tell them that THEY'RE being investigated by the federal government. Do not give them money!! They are nothing but rude, ignorant, and are scammers!

I have been receiving this call from this man for almost 3 months now---today I filed a complaint finally as I am sick of getting these calls-especially at work!! I have no clue what this is about and I know that I've not commited any fraud. Hi have been getting these calls for like 4 months now. I have files police reports and even called the local police departments of the area codes that they are calling from. They call me at work but is is my direct line they never have called the main office line thank god, but I am afraid that they are going to to. I have a very good country job and I dont want anything bad t happen have gotten any news on thes scum bags.
