got a call from this number regarding criminal charges.  ask for a number to call him back saw a report on the news this is bogus.  he ask when i would call him back I explained that i needed to check it out because i heard a report on the news this morning regarding mr. patel and his company and they hung up on me.

Yes I got a call from this same number today. They  called my mom house and stated I owed $645.00 from a cash advance that I did back in 2010. The guy left hid nsmr as Brian Lincoln. When I call the number back this guy who was beyond rude answered the phone and then when I started asking all kinds of question he states you are going to jail and hung up the phone in my face. I call the number back and the same guy answers the phone. I have worked in a call center and it is very rare that you get the same representative back to back. He was rude as well and I asked to speak with a supervisor some guy gets on the phone by the name of Xavier Wingster and states he is the supervisor and states I owe this debt and if I didn't pay it by 5:00 today then the amount would increase to 1285.00. If it goes to 1285.00 I can split that up into two payments. They stated it was a criminal case well I am not a lawyer or legal guru but what I do know is a financial debt is considered a civil matter so that was another red flag. He stated the FBI had the case and my credit will be ruined and any information you asked them for they couldn't provide. If someone else can give me some insight to this I would so greatly appreciate it.
