I received two calls on my cell phone from this number 347-906-8617.. the second call i picked up...the recorded message said - this is the IRS, please call as soon as possible about your law suit with the IRS.  We have been trying to reach you... So when i called them from a different number... they answered this is the IRS.. i say.. ok i'm returning your call... the guy asks that answers.. when did you receive the call.. i said 2 minutes ago... he said this must be for the lawsuit with the IRS.. i said who exactly are you calling... what name... then he hung up.  I'm guessing that they have several scams going on.. the reason he asked me when i received the call was probably to figure out what the nature of the scam was... OMG... i just worry about elderly people who will be drawn in by these people and may ultimately send money.

Got call the same as others and called back. They asked my name and I told them they should have my name you called me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they responded by saying I wasn't authorized and hung up on me. I've been receiving this same call from IRS for over two months now.

1 day after giving my number to Staples I get this spam call. Left call back request message but no identification. Coincidence?
