I got a call a company calling themself PCS (Public Credit Service) stating that I had violated 3 seperate laws when I took out a pay day loan. I called and they too\ld me that I was in big trouble unless I paid 649.00. Thay also said that the file was being downloaded to the court and I would not get any tax returns or have any credit score left.

a person called my mom's phone and the person told my mom is a law firm to call them right away but it was pcs pacifica credit services, the person ask my card number, but I shouldn't gave my card no.

Just got a call sau they are from BCS legal and there is a lawsuit pending against me...Ask for a callback number and the guy "Shawn Johnson" got rude. To top it off the number he left was disconnected.

got a call from sam smith at 347-960-0611-clearly a Russian or bulgaria type accent -total BS-threatening me to call immediately or they were going to cal my boss and fmaily members to let them know I owed them big money and was in legalt rouble

DO NOT Call these people back this is a Huge scam. They called me 6 mos ago. and left me a msg saying that if I didnt call them back they would take legal action against me.  That never happened and you never get any mail from this supposed ligit company.  They just called me again using a different approch.  This time calling me as if I was a company and that I the employee was a fraud, and that I had them listed as a guantor, and that if I didnt call back they would take legal action against the company.  Very odd, that they are calling my cell phone as if I am a company, that I the employee is working for...

I just got a call on my cell phone and the call was not for me.  They left a message on my phone for someone else.  WTF!!!  Of course I will block that number.  Somebody should tell them to get a real job.  There are several REAL telemarketing jobs around town and in every city.

I keep getting calls from PCS legal services, I block the number and they call from another, so far I have blocked 15 numbers. They tell me that unless I pay(the amount is always differrend) for a pay day loan Cashnet USA, I will be taken to court and arressted, I called my local police department and they said the next time the call, to give them there number and ask for a officers name(he gave me) and tell them they are my attorney, so that is what I am going to do.

I got a call from him about 3 mos ago, now I got a call from Ronald Jackson from PCS Legal Services, said I owed them money, they were going to have me arrested and would start contacting my employer and my family, told them to F=off and send me some paper work and I would gladly pay them IF I OWED THEM, said they didn't have to do that. I just hung up on them and called my local police dept. They said if they are a legit, by law they have to send my paper work and proof. Told me to give them there number as my attorney, so I am.

I got a call from this number saying someone I knew put my name and number down as a reference for a loan.  (The guy said he did put my name down)  I told them I have nothing to do with this guy who lives in another state and I myself have no credit.  They said in a foreign accent "We will take your name off the list."  I tried to call back to get them to send me something telling me they took my name off, so I could use it if the guy lied and got the loan and didn't pay, but I couldn't get an answer.

My mother got a call from 347-960-0611 telling her for me to call them that I owed Cash USA money for me to pay them or I would have to go to court. Jordan White was the name he used. He said he would send me court papers in the mail.

This "attorney" Ronald Jackson is currently calling me and a references I used when I applied for a local payday loan.  Which I used and repayed.  I am happy to know that the local police will help.  I will contact them today.

Ronald Jackson from legal department at Pacifico Credit Services left message ion my voice mail saying they have a legal case downloaded against my social identity. That if I fail to call them they will contact my current employer and references. I will lose my job and to call before I find myself behind bars. What a crock. I will they could be stopped!!!!!!!

i got a call from this number 3474747041 but he told me to call him back at 3479600611 saying that i need to call them he said he was an attorney his name is jay johnson have been getting lots of calls like this all the callers had accents like middle eastern or something like that but this guy spoke alot better english i am so tired of this.

These guys keep calling (7x per week) for one of our employees, threatening legal action if she doesn't pay a debt. What a huge scam. I'm not even passing on the messages at this point, but they are sure as heck interrupting my work day.

These people keep calling my phone 3 or 4 times a week and its beginning to get on my nerves.  Talk to them before and threatened them but its not working.  Need another approach to stop them from calling.

These people are beginning to annoy me and I need to find a way to stop these calls.  3 or 4 times a week is nerve wrecking.  I thinking about calling my state senator or sending a message to Congress because this is ridiculous that people have to keep being annoyed by people like this.

The number initially showed up on my caller ID as all zeros, but the person leaving the message said to call Mike Smith about an urgent business matter and that I needed to contact them immediately or else legal action would be taken. I return the call at the (347) number and ask for Mike Smith, and "Ronald Jackson" answered. My first clue that it was a scam was that someone with such a heavy Indian accent wouldn't be named Ronald Jackson. He told me that he was going to call all of my references on this pay day loan I allegedly took out in December 2010 and that he was going to call my job and that the debt was going on my credit report. He never identified himself as a debt collector, which was another clue that this was a scam. I told him that he needed to send me documention that I actually owed the money, and he sent me some phony looking document. Apparently, they had my personal information. But, another clue about this scam is that the document came from a company called Pacifica Colelction Services but the e-mail address was a g-mail address and not a company address.

Calls from this number just won't stop! We keep reporting all this but no one seems to help us at all. Where else can we get help? The local police department say they can't do anything about it. Someone from this number is harassing me, coworkers at work, and at home. Reporting this online and for everyone to see isn't helping us, so what next? Help!!!
