IRS SCAM Continued: Received two more calls - he left messages both times and the messages were exactly the same leading me to believe that it was a recording. He speaks broken English - Indian would be my guess:  "Fred Marti with the Audit and Commission Department of the IRS. He received notification regarding a tax filing from the headquarters of the IRS. I will be taken into judicial custody by local cop (sig). There are legal charges and allegations. Get back to him to discuss this before they take any legal action. Call 347-979-9320. Again, have a great day."

I've received three calls today, as well from Joseph Brown who speaks broken English and sounds Asian.  This one says the IRS suspects fraud and that the local cops will arrest me tomorrow if I don't take care of it today. I would agree that this is a scam as any suspected criminal activity would be investiated by the IRS's Criminal Investigation Division - a federal police force that has the authority to arrest - the IRS would not rely on the local police.

This guy called me 4 time, I hang its a scam

Stated he was IRS Agent gave phony c file number owed back taxes must correct this or the local cops will take me to jail , I looked up his information, located his fake address , but then I warned him I wass coming for him too.

He left a message stating there was a problem with my taxes.  He gave me a C file number and told me if I didn't call back within a certain time the local "cops" would put me in jail.

Received call on my cellphone stated he was IRS agent with c file number.  I sign a audit form, which is not true.  Never had anybody at our door.  We are home all day as we are retired.  We are to be audited from 2008 to the present.  He speaks broken English  (Asian) and very hard to understand what he is saying.  Local cops will arrest me if we don't call back today. I took it as a scam as are taxes are done by a tax specialist.
