They need to get a better command of the English language. I could not understand a word he said.
Also the caller ID said blocked name.

i have been getting calls from these people for almost 2 years. The calls stop then they came back and they call everyday. The most annoying thing is that the man has a middle eastern accent with an american name like chris rice, like seriously! they keep calling saying that i have a lawsuit filed against me and that this matter is very time sensitive and then they left my last 4 digits of my social which scares me, i need help!

Jasmin, if I were you I'd go to the police with this one.  If there was really a lawsuit against you, you would be served with papers etc.  This caller is really shady...not the way a real lawsuit is handled. Good luck

Jasmine, they just called me from this number too and told me the same thing. I know its scary because they have your information but i would suggest that you get a credit report ASAP!! try TransUnion they are relaiable. They were recommended to me by the police department. NOTHING can be done unless they use your information to get some kind of services. Next time they call, dont be nervous, dont show any fear, ask them questions...like address, phone number, fax number. What i did is i asked them for their phone number and while i had the lady on the phone i asked her to wait a min. I googled the number on the spot and confronted her she started studdering and i was just like " This is a scam, leave me alone...i will call the police" she got mad and hung up. DONT GIVE THEM ANY OTHER INFO!
